Say hello to an old favourite - this kundalini yoga kriya to clear the chakras is a diamond of a kriya - it works its way up from muladhara chakra at the root to shahasrara at the crown, and out to the aura, which is considered the 8th chakra in kundalini yoga. I hope you enjoy the sublime states of bliss with this lovely little kriya.
As with all kundalini yoga kriyas please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.

    Day 30 & my sweet Mom’s 80 birthday 🥳 Last night she reminded me of her mother having a near death experience during her birth~ she found herself above her hemorrhaging young body looking down and thinking “ someone needs to help that poor girl” During this morning’s practice I devoted my energy to being there in time and helping her. The kriya ended right at my mothers birth time. I felt like the connection with my grandmother was very real inside and outside of time somehow simultaneously 💎 🎈 🥂 🌅

      Sat nam, dear Billie, I'm glad you are back! You are not alone with fluttering eyelids - it's a natural response for many of us. If you find it distracting, you can soften the gaze and keep the eyes relaxed (ie. not straining towards ajna). This can feel like dropping the gaze down just a fraction and that may ease the fluttering. I hope that helps. Lots of love ♥️🎉♥️

    Yesterday I was only 2 days in, and I've had the opportunity to leave my job to be able to think about my future next carer(which by the way you inspired me to teach yoga kundalini!) It's pretty challenging to be out there, no job and not 100% sure of when and where I'm heading but I am 100% sure that the best is yet to come, with an open heart and full confidence that everything is meant to be for my highest and best good!
