The spine is such a central ingredient to kundalini yoga, and this kundalini yoga kriya to 'get rid of faults in the spine' is a beautiful alignment of the physical and subtle aspects of the spine.

Is this kriya good if you are chronically physically exhausted and need to call your energy back or is there another that you recommend instead? Due to health issues, I have lost most of my energy and have also had it siphoned from me in psychic attack. I am utterly exhausted every moment of every day and wish to have my own energy returned to me…or perhaps to create more of it. Sat Nam.

this is indeed a powerful one.. I end up sweating every-time I do it. I began a 40 day challenge and I am wandering if this is ok to do on moon days? say if I feel pain. could I avoid doing the little jump and just repeat the mantra? Also, I want to express my eternal gratitude one more time as I feel that I can't thank you enough for all your classes. I do at least one every morning, sometimes I bundle 4 kriyas ending with long savasana y meditation.
