- In kundalini yoga teachings, we each have a halo, also known as the arcline. It's the filament of our aura, and this kundalini yoga practice polishes and brightens it. The golden nugget of this 15 minute kundalini yoga practice is called the Meditation for the Arcline: Experience your Power. It's such a fun little meditation that strengthens our capacity of protection and projection.
As with all kundalini yoga kriyas please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.

Thank you so much for your practices. I've been doing these shorter ones before my very early work shifts, and they help me tremendously. I'm working on becoming better at sensing energy and these have been a huge help in that as well.
I play the cello, and the physical exercise of the arms and upper body has been huge in creating a better sound.

Really grateful for the practices you share. Thank you again. And I have a question that perhaps you can answer or provide some insight into: I find that back gets really sore, as I’m keeping my spine elongated a not sitting in a chair. I’m a very fit person and have practiced vinyasa yoga and do other workouts regularly, so I’m very aware of the importance of keeping an engaged core and elongated spine and shoulders away from the ears, etc. But perhaps because those practices are less static in terms of sitting, I don’t notice the effort it’s taking to keep proper alignment. Does this mean I have weaker back muscles than I thought, or that I’m over-working them, or what. Sitting in easy pose for a prolonged period with proper alignment has never been easy for me.

Thank you for sharing , dear goosiegrl1, it may be simply a case of acclimatising / getting used to sitting still for longer periods - and that will come! In the meantime, you may find it helpful to sit up on a cushion, or straddle a bolster. I hope that helps. Lots of love ♥️
