Perfect timing as usual. I'm premenstrual and I have to go to court with my ex on Wednesday about his visitation with our children. Without going into any details I will just say that the children have both expressed that they don't want to go with him 🥺😔 I'm trusting in the Divine to guide us through this and help the magistrate decide what is in resonance with the highest good for all. Crying is so healthy! We wash stress hormones out of our brains when we cry. I like to think of it as my brain needing to pee 😁.
