  • This kundalini yoga kriya - the Kriya to Create & Conserve Pranic Energy - generates battery power! Pranic energy is a force for healing, and as kundalini yogis, we draw on prana through the breath, through the food we eat, through our senses to nourish us (a reminder to ensure you only consume the very BEST!). So, if you are feeling a little low on energy, and need a boost, or you simply would like to be operating at your highest level, this is a great kundalini yoga kriya to build that energy.
    As with all kundalini yoga kriyas please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.
