    Hello madla! Just want you to know that some of the tips here is nakakatulong din para makapagpaliit ng puson. :) Bonus pa pala madla is after nyo kumain, tumayo muna kayo and maglakad lakad sa loob ng bahay at least 5mins. Based on my experience lang naman sya and I think effective naman sya since hindi naiipit sa tiyam yung kinakain natin. 😁😊

    Sometimes zumba aerobics ,sometimes planking, squat, & crunches ang exercise ko..kaya lng minsan kulang na kulang ako sa oras kaya i felt.guilty pag di ako nakaka exercise..pero i do household chores daily kaya pinapawisan pa din ako at galaw2 sa aming lugawan 😘😍 kaya lng di na ko makaloose ng weight ko kaya i felt disappointed talaga 😕😢😭.anyway thanks for the tip😊 it really helps & very informative 👍💕

      @@sarahmaenitrosanjuan3763 di na po ako makaexercise mga once or twice a wk.lng mnsan nga wla na talaga for the whole wk...😢 1 cup of rice lng ako a day..pero i know may mali kc napapakain pa din ako ng bread at chips pero less rice..no soda..ako yun lng mnsan napapakain ako ng sweets at chips which is di dapat....😢pero still hoping to lose weight I'm at my 50kgs.. 110lbs.
      .I want to achieve at least 48 kgs..huhu... 😭

    Another great video ate sarah! We all need those tips talaga haha. I do the chloe ting 2 weeks shred program and I go for a jog or walk for 40 mins everyday ate. And you are right being active is really a big help. Ate I just want to share that this coming thursday is my birthday and my friends will come over, I can't wait to talk to them about the new and healthy lifestyle we all have kase po lahat po kami nagwoworkout and with balance diet and it's really inspiring.

      Ok lang naman as long as hindi ka sobra bababa and wag gawing long term yung sobrang babang intake ng calories :) walang problema yan peor kung nag sstric diet ka mas maganda na focus on one calrie intake ka lang :)

    hi maam can i ask a question kapag po ba nakatpos kana sa pagkain at ung calories po nun ay 500 lang tapos ayy mag eexercise ka tapos po ang naburn mong calories ayy 860 maganda po ba yun tsaka po kapag po ba kuamin ako ulit ng 150 calories tapos po exercise ko din kaagad kumabga ibuburn ko din kaagad wala na po ba yung mga kinain ko sa katwan thank you po sa pagiging inspirasyon saming nagpapayat sobrang nakakatulong po

    Exercise ko is 30day plank challenge kay robertas gym ska squat 100x everyday sinabayan ko diet sissy, 4months kona gnawa super effective sya sakin😊 from 60kls down to 48 kls. 45 goal weight ko sis☺ konti nlang pra ma achieved kona goal weight ko? Ask ko lang sis pag nkuha kuna ba goal weight ko anu2 ulit kakainin nalilitu kc aq sna mareplayan mu aq sis😊 para ma maintain kona tung timbang ko🙏

    Pwede po kayo gumawa ng vlog regarding sa pagtimbang ng raw s cooked, example sa chicken. Ano po ba dapat kasi may iba iba pong luto dba. Dapat po ba raw or cooked? Pag cooked pano po timbangin yun? Saka pano malalaman calories nun

      Nag kakaron lang naman ng additional calories kapag gumamit ka ng oil sa pagluluto. :) kaya yung iba steamed lang ginagawa para kung ano mismo calorie count nya, yun lang maiintake nya. :) sige iline up natin yan. :)

      Much better if stop muna kapag may menstruation. 3 to 4 days lang naman yun e hehehe. Strechings nalang or walking sa bahay gawin mo pag me menstruation ka.

      Hello Mariel :) 1,500 calories ang need mo iintake per day para makapaglose ng weight so if kaya mo naman na mag 1000 to 1200 calories per day, much beeter para mas mabilis ang paglose mo ng weight :)

      @@marielborja5566 actually depende kasi yun. I can't actually measure it din . Kasi ako nag 800 calories plus everyday exercise, so sa diet kong yon, nakalose ako ng 10 kilos in 3weeks. Then nag back to 1200 calories ako after nung strict diet ko na yun kasi di rin pang long term ang mag calorie deficit ng mas mababa sa normal calorie na dapt maintake in a day :)
