    Thank u sa tips..2weeks ko na ginagawa mga ibang tips mo...and so effective like water before and after eating every 30min.and dont eat while watching tv,using gadgets...di na ako bloated at always nabbusog ako sa mga kinakain..thank u..😘😘❤❤

    Thank you sarah Mae , dahil nkita ko Ang blog mo from 61 to 58 after 3 weeks of continue diet and exercise and 12 days no rice diet today nagkilo ako I loose 3 kilo again now ,I'm 55 kilo ,thanks God

    hello po ate, since galing po kayo sa pagiging mataba nagkaroon po ba kayo ng excess skin?? or double chin, if yes po paano po niyo iyon napawala?

      Excess skin, wala naman ako naging excess skin :) and maybe sumabay na sya sa pag eexercise ko. Never ako nagla excess skin e. Basta ang exercise ko is ZUMBA AEROBICS. Yan po. :)

    Hello po. 2 months since I started my weight loss activities and lately di ko maiwasan kumain ng bread. Will it affect my weight loss? Nabobother po kasi ako but my previous weight was 65 kg down to 50 kg.

      Great improvement. :) actually not really naman pero ayun nga malaki ang consume na calories kapag mga white breads pero as long as nabuburn mo sya then it will not affect namam your weightloss basta continue counting the calories of the foods that you're eating :)

      Opo. I always workout, nagfafasting din po ako kapag kumain ako ng white bread the day after. Ayun nga lang po, di maiwasan magkaroon ng bloated na tiyan kaya natatakot po ako na baka tumaba ulit ako ☹

      Inom ka ginger tea or green tea kapag nafeel mong bloated ka. :) wag ka masyado matakot normal yan minsan lalo pag nag woworkout.

    Hi ate! Noong nagstart ako magdiet at maglose ng konting weight, naging irregular din ang period ko. Paano po kaya maibabalik yung regularity non? Tsaka po constipation :(

      How come? Dapat nga mas naging regular ang menstruation mo. Pero no worries naman kasi nagkakaroon ng changes sa hormones mo. Sanay kais katawan mong walang exercise and pag dadiet na nangyayari. Ilang months kana ba di nagkakaron
