Karamihan satin is problema talaga ang pagbagal ng metabolism especially sa mga nasa middle ages between 30’s. Habang nagkakaedad kasi tayo madla, unti unti ring bumabagal yung metabolism natin which is nakakacause ng pag gain ng weight ng isang tao. Pero no need to worry since may mga ways naman para maiwasan natin yan. Meron naman iba na kahit anong kain nila is hindi sila nag gagain ng weight and that is because mabilis and mataas ang kanilang metabolic rate.     800 calories ang kinain ko everyday pero pag minsan may cheat meal minsan nagiging 1300, pero ang normal intake ko dapat is 1500 to 1700 pag biglaan ba na ganon mag gagain ako ng weight?

      Same height po tayo te, 1200 po minimum ng calories intake but Yong iba nag leless po sila like 700-800 calories a day lang po.. And i suggest avoid oily food po.
