    Hi i followed your advices that u said in your other video. I lost 15kilos and when your another vid came out i really open it fast i wanna thank u for inspiring me and giving me advices. I really never thought of losing 15kg because it’s a lot but yeah i did it. Thank youuu
    Btw im gonna try this im just 14yrs old but my weight is too much. I was 72kg before but now im only 57 but still im gonna try this. My height is 5’3

      @@donnatolosa2990 hello, hindi po! It took me almost 5 months. Better to follow ur own instruction when losing weight. Sadly, i developed an eating disorder while losing weight. But if u're trying to, fighting!

      @@nenztalino8260 Hello. Estimated 1200 to 1500 caloroes need mo maintake per day pero mas maganda if gagamit ka ng TDEE calculator para mas accurate yung kailangan mo maintake per day para makapaglose ng weight pero hindi un nalalayo jan sa sinabi ko sayo :)

    Ive tried this kind of diet before. Nakakapayat talaga sya. Pero ngayon Ketodiet na ako. Hindi na ako allowed sa lahat ng kanakain nya aha. Ang taas ksi ng calories and carbs lalo na ang bread , banana, Apple , Milk, oats high in carbs . Lalo na nagccaallorie counting ako and carbs. Sadsad pero sa mga nagbabalak jan try nio yan papayat tlga kayo with lots of water samahan din ng exercise 🤗 Goodluck!

      Lylyn Rondina opo makkain ka po talaga sa diet nia lalo po pg dka nagcacalorie counting or nagkeketo.
      Sa ketogenic po makakain kpa din po kailngan lang high ang fats na knakain mo moderate protein, pero atleast ang carbs 40 to 50grams ang pde
      Unlike Lowcarbs diet mgkaiba po sila ni keto. Si lowcarbs po less than 20grams lng pde itake na carbs within a day. Mdalas po ksi nappgkamalan parehas ang keto and LC.
      So for me mas busog ako sa keto lahat ng ulam nakakain ko ksi may carbs pa dn nman 😊😊

    Noong nag simula ako nag subscribe po ako nag mataas Yong confident ko pumayat ako sa loob ng 3 week and 5 days babawasan ng halos 11 kilos at ki continue ko to sa loob ng 2 months . Yong waist ko Dati ay 33 waist ngayon 27 waist naako at Yong timbang ko ay Dati 56 Lbs. Ngayon 31 lbs. naako
    papasalamat talaga ako

    Hello po nasa 5 flat po height ko ilan calories po puede ko ma take in a day. Salamat nagustuhan ko din diet tips mo kc puede pla din may fruits. Heheh more vlogs pa po. Kailangan ko kc mag bawas nang 10kg pero tamad naman ako mag exercise gusto ko sa pagkain muna focus. Thank you 😍

      Nakakabawas nang calories ang luya nilagang luya na hiniwa hiwa .isang baso .pampalinis din ito nang katawan at pampabilis makapag dumi Nang maayos every day.at nakakatanggal din nang wrinkles.at pang pa smooth nang balat .

    Salamat po may natutunan na nmn ako. Agree ako sa mga sinasabi mo te. Ako nmn I’ve been using intermittent fasting for 11 days now and ever since i started nasasanay na ang katawan kong kumain ng kunti until wala na akong ganang kumain ng kanin.tpos exercise mga 2-3x, food control. Bago ako nag fasting tinitrain ko muna ang katawan ko kc we all know na yung fasting hnd pra sa lahat. so workout muna, food control muna pra masanay ang katawan! I was 203lbs and now im 190lbs i have a long journey pa but Like she said kung kaya nya kaya dn natin! 🙏😘💪🏃‍♀️

    mag 1 week na po akong no rice diet. hanggang 900 calories naman po yung sakin 😂 from 66kg down to 62kg ♥️ thanks for the tips po ate 🤍

      Thank you po sa compliment 😍 Wow ang bongga nyo naman po. Hehehe. Masarap po talagang kumain e pero pag yung consciousness nakatatak na sa isip nyo, grabe nakakatakot na ulit tumaba. Hehe. Since may age na din po kayo, medyo bumabagal na ang metabolism, so dapat po palagi kayo mag tea or lemon water, para mahelp na maboost pa din metabolism nyo. :) basta need po is 1800 calories per day, slightly active po para makapaglose ng weight. Wag na kayo mag very active kasi baka kung mapaano pa kayo and magkamigraine pa ulit kayo. Watch lang po kayo videos ko. God bless po. 😊

      Pwede nyo po gamitin yung link na binigay ko apra malaman nyo if tama bang di kayo lumalampas ng 1k calorie kasi di din po masasavbi if wala kayo calorie calculator. :) pero sa height and age nyo po normal intake is 1800 calories with independent phiysical activity.

      Normal intake you need is 1800 calories. :) paglumagpas jan you need to have an exercise na as in workout :)

      1800 po normal calorie na dapat nyo maintake para makapaglose ng weight :) so dapat po mamaintain nyon and if not, need na ng bonggang exercise 🤗❤
