    same here, lahat ng sinabi mo sis is yan ang ginagamit ko para ma maintain ko ang katawan ko. everyday umiinom ako ng green tea, maganda rin lagyan ng lemon, at nag boiled egg diet rin ako 3 days at nag loss ako agad ng 3 kilos. Perfect tama lahat ng mga naishare mo. Keep it up, stay healthy sis.

      Wag mo isiping mahirap hehehe isipin mo yung weight goal mo para mas mamotivate ka. Ako dumaan din sa point na TINAMAD, NAWALAN NG PAG ASA, but then, I think about what will happen kapag yun ang mga inisip ko, hindi ako makakapaglose ng weight so motivate yourself.       @@elainepagarigan1787 try to stick muna sa 1200 calories. Wag sosobra ng 1200 :) try lang 2 weeks. Mataas pa din yan kung tutuusin pero ok na din para makalose ng weight. :) basta me kasabay palagi exercise. Saka ka na mag timbang pag tingin mo nagkakaimprovement na 🤗😊

      Hello. :) pag 2 slices 150 calories na po yun. Sa gardenia ah. Depende kasi sa whole wheat bread brand e. Sa oatmeal if yung 1 pack depende din pero pag plain lang 125 calories yon :) ok lang naman na 2 slices. :) mababa pa din yun calories non basta yung palaman mo check mo din calories :)

      Hello green tea is good for losing weight kasi detoxifier po ito. Nakakapag eliminate sya ng toxins sa katawan natin and yun nga mabilis tayo nakakapag burn ng fats kasi rich in antioxidants sya. Lipton green tea is has no sugar. Or twinnings. Wala naman sugar amg mga nbibili sa grocery store.

    sobrang struggle po sa akin magpapayat. I'm 18 po. And gusto kong ibalik sa dati 'yong kapayatan ko. 48kg ako dati but then nong nagkapandemic naging 64kg. Lagi naman akong nagjojogging tapos calorie deficit sa lahat ng meals pero wala pa din epekto. Endomorph po kasi ako.

      @@jhenelynannperater4718 hahaha okay lang kahit mag tanong ka ng magtanong. :) yes unhealthy talaga ang less than sa normal calorie intake kaya nga po hindi recommended na hindi magtagal ang pag dadiet ng sobra kulang sa calorie intake. Pero okay lang sya as long as after mo maachieve weight goal mo, balik ka sa normal calorie intake mo. Ganun ginawa ko. 3 weeks calorie deficit 800 calories lang then ayun after reaching my weight goal nagback to 1200 calories ako :) so as long as kaya ng katawan mo ok lang. Especially kung healthy naman kinakain mo :)

Pero kunting coconut oil lang naman ung ginagamit q, kht walang sahog kc basta gisa pasado na sakin. Tsaka ok lang ba ung maggic sarap? isa pa yun sa inaalala q kc nd aq mahilig gumamit ng salt, magic sarap lang,. nd kc aq makahanap nung himalayan salt na sinasabi nila eh..       Hehehe. Ang magic sarap po i think mataas sya sa sodium. Which is not good din po satin. Try to use Cayenne powder po nabibili sya sa grocery store. Or yung cinnamon powder po. Punta lang kayo sa hilera ng mccornick na brand hehe dami po dun pang seasoning sa foods. Yung himalayan salt meron po sa mga online pero dapat legit po makuhaan nyo kasi baka mamaya majapeyks kayo. Hehe. Will tey to look for it. Ako kasi black pepper lang po tlaga hehehe.

      Hello. Yes naman! Mas okay nga un after cheat mo ng foods exercise agad. So mabuburn agad lahat ng kinain mo 😊😊😊 ako dati Sunday cheat day ko. 😁

      minsan isa or dlawang bread lng tpos sa gabi mansanan lng pro ung pagdumi ko hindi normal bka po meron kaung ma suggest na mkakatulong higit pa sa exercise gnagwa ko sa bigat ng work ko nag paplanking din ako pag free time ako

      @@hainarenz9918 inom ka po ng green tea. Makakatulong yun sayo ang mag lemon water ka po everyday or clamansi kung walang lemon , ok din kung luya. :) for exercise mas ok kung mga cardiovascular exercises ka muna like zumaba aerobics and jogging.

      You can eat other fat burning foods naman if hindi ka pwede sa egg po. :) take oatmeal as a substitute for it :)

      Hehehe. I think me nabibili na natural na green tea pero mas pangit lasa hahaha. Kasi pangit talaga lasa green tea e tiis lang. Try mo twinnings. Yan ginamit ko non. GREEN TEA AND MINT. :)

    Kapag po ba pumayat kana mawawala naren yung double chin?
