    Sinunod ko po yung mga tips nyo yung water therapy,nag zumba ako, kapag kumakain ako binibilang ko yung calories ng food na kinakain ko,and nag work po talaga yung tips nyo😊💗dahil yong 53.5 na weight ko naging 49.7 nalng I think mga one week ko po cya ginawa pero nung kumain po ako ng kumain bumalik po yung weight ko 52 kaya sa ngayon po babalikan ko po yung dating routine ko..     Omg ate sarah am I too late??? Huhu sorry po sobrang busy na kase because of online class eh. Lately ate I have been just snacking on chocolates, I eat healthy meals but when it comes to chocolates I just can't help myself. It has been my enemy since Online classes started. This new normal school year is just starting to ruin everything for me, it's making me adjust too much and since I am mentally and emotinally drained I am just finding comfort on foods most especially chocolates. I am exercising but I just can't help it. I really need a good advice coming from you ate and this video made me feel guilty and it waked me up. I should never forget why I started and dieting really is ain't easy. Thankyou ate. ♥️

    Pag nag cre crave ako kina kain ko biscocho at 3n1 coffee pero diko uubusin ang kape 1 sachet para mga 6 na beses kupa gagamitin at bischo dalawang beses lang..ok lang ba te pag mag biscocho ako minsan? Pero nag gagamit naman ako myfitnesspal counted naman siya para skin😁

    i feel so depressed bc i just gained back all the weight that ive lost during quarantine because of stress, my need to get my period back and my eating disorder. im trying to get back to my usual routine, but i keep on failing. i won't give up tho. wish me luck :( ate, did you lose your period po ba when you were in the process of loosing weight?
    height: 160/162 cm
    now: 53 kg
    goal: 47 kg

      It's normal po na magkaroon ng hormonal imbalance kapag nagdadiet ka since ung katawan mo is hindi sanay sa ginagawa mo ngayon. So nag aadjust yung body mo sa pag dadiet mo kaya ayun pati blood circulation affected pero dont worry just continue it and if you think na halos months na ganun pa din, then you need to consult to your doctor. And wag agad mag stop kasi mag iiba iba adjustment ng body mo ;)

      Hehehe. Ako waiting ng 5 mins bago uminom ng water. :) kasi ang alam ko open lahat ng nerves non even sa lungs and heart naalala ko lang me nagsabi sakin na baka pasukin ng tubig pag uminom agad water so nag iintay ako 5 mins bago ko uminom tubig. :)

      what do you mean na lahat ng pagkain sa bahay is unhealthy? :)
      hmm. mahirap kasi kapag yung kasama sa bahay ang isa sa hindi sumusuporta sayo by the way how old are you na? :)
      Kaya pa din yan. you can still follow what you really want for yourself. mag flexible diet ka :)

      White rice is not unhealthy PAG MODERATE mo lang kinain :) wag madami. Atleast 1 cup of rice lang in a day. Canton yan ang sana maiwasan mo :)

      Yes po. I maintained 44kilos po. :) since 2018 44 to 45 kilos lang palagi nag rarange ang weight ko since naachieve ko weight ko 😊 pwede naman po depende sainyo :)

      anong almond nuts po ito? :) yung parang mga GROWERS po ba? :) you can check the calories po sa likod if ilan po yung calories ng 60grams na almond nuts. :) kasi 1 pc of almond is equivalent to 7 calories po :)

      Hello. As per serving, 30g is 180 calories. So 360 calories ang 60 grams 😭 Should not eat them all ng isang upuan. Much better kung hatiin mo sya. :) or mga 5 pcs almond lang makain mo pag ganyan.

      @@sarahmaenitrosanjuan3763 no rice po ako mag 2 months na. Then nag if at lowcarb ng mahigit 1 month lagi po omad. Dati po ako 61 nag start ako ng june 25 until now pero nag stock na weight ko sa 53 minsan 52.
      Minsan ayaw kuna nga po gumamit ng whale scale. Nag base n lang ako sa mga dati ko po damit na kasya na ngaun. 45 po gw ko minsan parang gusto kuna umayaw. 😊 Pasensya na po kung makulit ako.. 😊

      Lalaki naman po kayo pag kumain kayo marami and dapat fruits and vegetables kainin nyo marami. And mas maganda if more on fiber foods. Tapos makakatulong po kung mag green tea po kayo :)
