    Kinda feeling down lately ate, feel ko parang ang taba ko parin although yung mga taong nasa paligid ko ay sinasabing sobraanggg laki ng pinayat ko, and I am really having a hard time having a good relationship with food, but then you're here to motivate me and thank God! Ang target weight ko ate is actually 65-68kg (131-160lbs/61-72kg is the ideal weight for females who are 5'9ft in height), and I hope that someday I would reach that goal of mine. I am practicing yoga na din lately to relieve stress aswell. I am also doing workouts from monday to friday and yoga during the weekends. I found out that being able to have a healthier lifestyle is much better. I always pray to God that he would always help me to become a better person, and he is slowly answering my prayers. And my birthday is coming in a few weeks ate hihi, and some of my friends are coming over and I can't wait to see their reactions. I hope that I would achieve success on my weightloss journey. Thankyou for motivating us ate! May God bless us always. 💖

      @@sarahmaenitrosanjuan3763 I am really grateful ate that I have someone to open up to about my weightloss journey, because not everyone knows about it but I am glad that my family supports me on it. But sometimes it just feels way better to be able to open up to someone regarding on what they feel, and thankyou for being there ate. And during sunday's I have my cheat day ate but then my kuya will make fun of me na sasabihin "luh tataba ka nanaman dyan" "tumaba ka sana", kaya ate I am having such a hard time dealing and having a good relationship with food because after hearing those words feel ko tataba agad ako after eating anything mapahealthy man o hindi.

      @@mavicfrancis6486 don't mind them, if your bro still bullying you. :) ganyan talaga di agad mawawala yan. Especially na you are still on your process. And that is the most crucial part of your journey, yung pumapayat ka na but someone will trigger you na tumataba ka na, na walang changes kahit meron naman and madami pang iba that will make you feel down talaga. But then, don't mind them, isipin mo yung weight goal mo. Dun ka mag focus. :) and on your cheat day, portion portion pa din dapat kain ha? And bawiin agad sa exercise. :) para di ka magkaron ng doubt sa sarili mo na if you eat on cheat day, tataba ka. :) cheer up! Think of my videos kapag me mga ganyang happenings. Or comment asap here para di la malunglot or mag isip ng magpapa down sayo :)

    Ateehh sobrang Idol po kita pagDating sa ganto😍 65 kilos po ako last May😁 And ngayon is 56 nalang😣💕 I followed all your advices and tips😍 Namomroblema lang tlga po ako ngayon kase gustong gusto ko na every 2 days or 3 days ko maTrack yung weight ko.. Kaso wala akong sariling weighing scale.. Hehe baka naman po kung meron ka jan na ket luma na😅😍 Bilhin ko po pero sana low price lang kase. student palan ako😅.. maMomotivate ako lalo pag alam kong galing sainyo yung tinitimbagan ko 😣😍 sana po mapansin ako ..😍❤️

      Hello Angela. Hahaha. Actually di ka dapat nag weweigh every 2 days or 3 days. Advice ko is dapat once a month lang ang pag weweigh sa sarili :) Tapps sa totoo lang sa office ako nag weweigh e. Hehehe. Kaya sorna po. :) Tuloy mo lang diet mo ah. Go lang ng Go! Salamat ng sobra 😚😘

    Aq idol may pcos aq last month q lang nalaman peo d aq nawalan ng pag asa nag try aq mag diet at everyday zumba den aq tos napansin q in 2weeks naglost aq ng 2kg mahirap po tlg lalo na may pcos peo kayang kaya para sa kalusugan god bless u

      Yes ganun nga po. Buti kung ganun na umeffect sayo kais diba may iniinom kayo gamot for pcos? Ayun. Keep going lang pero kung tingin mo walang nangyayari ulit, consult kana sa doctor mo ah :) pero kaya yan. Go lang :)

    I weighed 120lbs.before through.IF & exercise for atleast 2-3x a wk. It was really a big help for me .I lose 12 lbs frm 120 to 108 lbs at nag 106llbs din pala ko..pero.sabi nila di dw bagay sakin ang masyado payat kaya i stop IF.kaya balik ako sa 110 lbs..pero gusto ko sana sa 108 lbs lng..ngyon nastock na ko sa 110lbs ..nahirapan na ko makaloose . How.many calories do I take daily to loose weight for i am only 4'11 in height..thanks for inspiring us always on ur vlogs.😍😚

      Hello sorry for the late reply. Nagkagallstone po sya e. Pero depende naman siguro un. Sabi po kasi doctor nya, di sya sanay magutom tapos nag IF sya. Me explanation po yung doctor nya e. Tapos yung doctor na yun naopera din dahil sa IF. Ayun kaya ayoko po mag recommend talaga ng IF pero it depends pa din naman po sa tao mas maganda po if ganun mga diet magpaconsult muna sa doctor.:)

    Madam nagtry po ako mgdiet in 14 days. No rice na yan at may kasamang exercise everyday. Pumayat naman unti pero bumalik padin sa dati yung taba ko. Nung Tinapos ko na yung 14 days no rice with Cloe exercise.

      Okay po ang no rice as long as me mga fruits ang veggies ka na kinakain :) and coffee as long as black coffee pwede naman po twice a day

      Salamat talaga...if egg lng at gulay, fruits din alternet ok lng po ba?ano bilis pa liit ng braso, bukton? Gusto ko magliit pls...ok na ang water ko 10 to 12 glass more ako ksi ok man nag lost din me

      Ate gustong gusto ko magpapayat pero ang hirap hirap sabi ng iba di nadaw ako papayat pa kasi umiinom daw ako ng trustpills pero di parin ako nawawalan ng pag asa pls reply po

    Ate ako 65 kilos ginawa ko lahat ng mga advise mo grabi nag cacrave ako pero pinipigilan ko talagang wag kumain ate ...grabi mga musles ko ang lalaki tapos ang laki pa ng tyan ko ate advise nman saakin ok lang ba magpapayat kahit may iniinom lang pilss ??? May family planning kasi ako ate ano ba dapat gawin ???

      Hello. Anong pills po ba to? Hehe. Sorry kasi kapag me mga pills na dapat iconsult mo sa doctor if yung pills ba is nakakataba or what minsan kasi me mga nakakatabang pills e hehe pero syempre pwede naman po mag diet kahit nag pipills as long as hindi pag taba ang side effect nya :)

      Hello kain ka before 6pm. Ayan tapos sa gabi wag kana kumain ng kahit ano lalo na pag tutulog na :) yes po pwede naman tubig lang pag yung patulog kana
