    Hi ate!! I am a 15 year old female teenager with a height of 5'9, at on going ang process ng weightloss ko, from 79kg I am now weighing at 73kg, at lately ate I have been loosing motivation, pero since I have watched your video, I had gain motivation again and I feel motivated 10× the way I was before.     I lost 70lbs and maintained my weight for 5 years. Here's how:
    1.Daily intermittent fasting atleast 16-20 hours. Which is scientifically proven to have healthy benefits including "autophagy and growth hormones".
    2. Don't lose weight to get healthy. GET HEALTHY TO LOSE WEIGHT.. CUT OUT REFINED SUGAR FROM UR DIET. YOUR BODY DOESNT NEED IT.
    3. DONT EAT FREQUENT MEALS. NOT MORE THAN 3 TIMES A DAY.
    4.dont cut your food.. nor count calories in vs calories out. It's not gonna work.. even if u eat the same amount of calorie from a brownie and carrot, they affect ur hormones differently.. brownie can spike up ur insulin which causes you to become more insulin resistant that will make u gain weight.
    5. If u are obese, do aerobic and HIIT workouts only.
    6. Get enough sleep and be consistent. You lose weight during ur sleep.
    7. If u are having hard time losing weight, it means u are insulin resistant, try to go low as much as possible with ur carb intake .. moderate in protein and high in fats. To train ur body to be fat adaptive in the form of ketosis and less dependent on carbs which is in the form of glucose. Carbs can cause u binging and cravings. When u train ur body to be fat adaptive, u won't suffer cravings. Especially after u stick to that diet in the long run ..

    1. Cut down you foods
    2. Drink more water
    3. Drink before every meal
    4. Do an exercise.
    As in wow. ❤❤❤ No to gastos ng malaki sa pag dadiet. 😁😁

    I'm only 13 and here I am tryna lose weight I started my real diet last Tuesday and as you know I'm overweight so people used to call me names such as 'baboy, tabachoy' like that and ofc I always cry every night thinking how I can fix my problem so yeah 3 months ago I started doing aerobic dance exercises and I was worried because it's been 3 months that I always get my periods so early and I think it was because of my change of routine and my intense exercises but I never gave up and once again started dieting and now I'll start doing workouts wish me luck guys! :))

    Pareho tyo way back 2017 Collage life nagddiet talaga ako and naging effective naman. Kinakain q lang noodles and 1boiled egg. Launch at dinner un kinakain ko and minsan hindi rin ako kumain nagkakape at biscuit lang.. Just sharing thanks😊

    nagsearch ako ng diet tips and ito agad napanood ko, grabe gusto ko ding pumayat. Hindi ko masuot mga gusto kong isuot dahil anlaki ng braso at tyan ko, kung kailangang araw araw ko panoodin to panonoodin ko talaga para mamotivate ako araw araw. Thankyou ate! Sana makaya ko😭

    Pinakamabisa talaga ang pagwawater therapy at pag eexercise araw araw. Sa gabi hindi na rin ako kumakain masyado. Much better kumain madami sa umaga thn konti konti nlng sa lunch and dinner. Ayos. Kakainspired ang story mo keep it up nd more videos with tips and advices to come. God bless you! :)

    Ngayon lang ako nanood ng ganito sa youtube.. gagawin ko mga tips mo ngayong 2022. tumaba ako since 2019, at sobrang baba na ng confidence ko. lahat ng nakakakita sakin, napupuna ako. dahil nakilala nila akong payat lng at makinis ang mukha.. pero ngayon 😭 sana umeffect etong mga payo mo. salamat sa video

    on-going na po ung diet ko and lagi rin ako umiinom ng maraming tubig, everyday rin ako sumasayaw for 1 to 2 hrs. para pag pawisan. this video is worth watching ❤ mas nakaka-inspire.

    Hi sis, thank you for being an inspiration. 😊 Sa lahat ng mga weight loss journey na napanood ko isa ito sa pinaka like ko. 😊 Sobrang nakaka inspire and helpful. Na bully din ako dati dahil sa katabaan ko. 😭 75 kilos ako nun tapos 4'10 lang height ko kaya naging Obese ako. Tapos nagpapayat talaga ako. 55 kilos na ako ngayon pero hindi pa siya normal weight. Goal weight ko eh 43 kilos. Pero ngayon napapakain na naman ako ng marami. 😭 Pero nang napanood ko ito, nagkaroon ulit ako ng motivation para magpatuloy pa. Sana ma achieve ko din yung goal weight ko kagaya mo sis. Thankful ako at napanood ko ito. God Bless you always! 😊

    Sabiyni Dok Willy Ong huwag din sobra sa tubig 2to3 liters Lang ng tubig pinaka Tama 2 pero pag marami kang activities like Sobrang napawisan ka mga 3litrs kasi pag sobra sa tubig pwede daw lumabnaw ang blood.

      Sabi ko nga po I am not an expert doctor na kaya ibigay lahat ng info about this 😊 pero ayun nga po sinabi ko din na depende pa din talaga kung gaano karami ang dapat inumin ng tao lalo na kung kailngan talaga nya. This is all based on my experience naman po and so far d naman po lumabnaw pa blood ko. :) Me mga tao po kasi na mabilis tlaga pag pawisan at madali mauhaw lalo na ngayong taginit. 😊 Anyways thank you for this comment po.     Ate huhuhuu I’m really inspired by this video. Actually nagawa ko na ring mag diet way back 2017 from 78kg naging 58kg nalang ako but then as time pass nawalan ako ng motivation plus nag stre-stress eating pa ako. Now I’m gaining weight again naging 65kg and because of this video na inspire ulit ako sana tuloy tuloy nato😫😊🙏🏻

    Nice tips kng mga kabataan pa below 40 ang bilis pumayat sa ganun na paraan.kc naranasan ko yon bilis pumayat ..pero Yong 50's above ka hirap pumayat in 7mos ko daily walking 1 hr & 10 glass water tubig no softdrink no rice but I used bulgur find & veges & fruits 10-12 glass water..from 80kls to 70kls. Discipline tlaga sa sarili pag control lahat...❤

    Ganyan din po ginwa q stictly no rice,sweets and soda... i started may 10 almost 1month fr.now...fr.68kilos to 61kilos with everyday exercise also... share q po gingawa q sa water na iniinom q.. ng boboil po aq ng water with ginger po.. after 5mins of boiling salain po yung tubig para po maihiwalay yung ginger... after po maisalin you can add more water po and add lemon(hatiin po yung lemon) ilagay po sa malaking pitshel..ito po gamitin na water every time po na iinom po ng tubig😊😊 and samahan din po ng proper diet and exercise..dito po aq madaling pumayat after 1month😊😊

    HII Ate!! Im 14 years old bi teenager with a height of 4'11 at mag diet pu ako ulit dahil tumaba nanaman po ako HAHA😂 Last Weight kopo 38 KILOS lang ngayon nag quarantine 48-50 napo tumaba po ako nang sobra and nakita kopo itong video niyo na inspired niyo po ako ulet para mag diet and nag search po ako about normal weight nang 151cm/4'11 is 44.23kilos something lang po and salamat po ulit sa pag inspired saken ulet sana mag grow papo lalo channel niyo💜

    Ang tagal q na dito sa Japan hnd kami nag da diet pero mga payat mga tao dito kahit umiinum ng alcohol, hnd nakakataba ang alcohol hwag lang mahilig sa pulotan....

    Same talaga tayo.. 65kilos nga ako before nong 21y.o ako until 25yo.
    Tapos pag tong tong ko ng 26yo.duon ako na aware.. Hahaaha
    From 65 to 44 din ako. Tama, exercise is the best way and discipline. 😁👍👍👍👍
