      @@roannekyla3261 actually ayoko sya i advice na gamitin para sa coffee mo. Dapat sana nonfat milk or lowfat milk. :) ok lang pero once a day coffee lang and dapat mga 1 tbsp lang para di mataas yung calories maintake mo from coffee with full cream milk :)

    Pwdi po ba kumain ako ng maraming prutas apple orange..at ok lng ba na uminom ng pure orange juice..at marami gulay..but no rice po..

      Orange is mataas din po sa sugar. Any foods po needs to exercise portion control :) apple is good po. Mas maganda yan ang ishake nyo or gawin juice. Dapat nga fresh juices po inumin nyo. Hindi yung mga processed na :) sugary na kasi yun :)

      Pwede naman po pero dapat 1 to 2 pcs lang since mataas carbs and calories ng white flour. Exercise nalang po agad :)

      hello po. for my strict diet. it just took 3 weeks to achieve my desired weight. :) that's how dedicated I was that time. :)

      @@jannamariahferrer1172 yes okay lang naman yan basta yung bearbrand mo is hindi sobrang dami kasi mataas calories kapag full cream milk gamit mo :) and dapat ung oats mo plain lng since naglalagay ka pa ng milk ;)

    hello poh, e2 nnmn aqoh,,, may bagong katanungan sana poh masagot nio ulit aqoh. , kc poh nag, start na ulit aqoh sa work qoh,, ei hindi napoh aqoh naka2pag exercise kc wla pa kaming day off sa ngaun,, peroh 2loi parin poh ung count qoh ng calories and di nmn poh aqoh nalagpaz ng 800,, maka2bawaz padin poh ba aqoh ng timbang kahit dina qoh naka2pag exercise!!???

      Gello. Good evening :) yes po makakapag lose ka pa rin ng weight since yung calories intake mo is monitored mo naman and mas mababa sa normal intake of calories mo. So you can still lose weight basta monitored mo ang calories ng food mo :)

      @@krisairagalana5723 hehehe. Pero don't expect na mabilis po ang improvement ng weightloss nyo ah. Mababawasan po kyo pero syempre iba pa din kapag me exercise po. Basta tuloy nyo lang po yang 800 calories. Kaya po yan. Para pong nag lolow carb diet din kayo :)

      For my first weightloss po, it took almost 2 months but when i made my strict diet, on my second weightloss, it just took 3weeks po

      @@educatormom2 sinabayan ko po yan ng exercis3 kaya mabilis po ako nakapaglose ng weight. :) yes below 1000 calories po ako. Kinaya ko naman po. D sya adviseable pang long term diet mam. Hehe nung na achieve ko po weight goal ko nag 1200 calories na po ako :) then maintain maintain na

      I used to have zumba aerobics and jooging. Pero now po nag workout po ko gamit ung app na Lumowell workout :)
