@@tahirahussain1271 I started doing HR workout last January of 2020. Started with the 12 week program and did round 2 of it concurrent with the monthly work out. I have kept up with being active since then. I have lost an inch on my waist. Gained muscles and definition. And clothes are fitting better! I try to do at least 45 minutes of workout per day. Went from 145 lbs to 136 lbs.
I did this circuit numerous times in the past but today, I had to take a few pauses just to get through it. I finished the workout in 1 hour and 20 minutes and that's okay. I feel great after and proud to have completed yet another awesome Heather Robertson workout!
loved this! i love more of these 45-55 minute workouts - then i feel totally complete and energized for the day. I love the shibasana at the end - allowing time to breathe and be grateful. Thank you for all you are doing!

I have to say that at the end of a tiring work week, I was not too thrilled to see a 49 min workout on the calendar... but then I knew to trust Heather and she certainly delivered! So glad I didn't talk myself out of this one. Loved the compound moves in the workout, the structure, and it flew by! I would almost even call it.... fun....!
