Three different strength circuits to power through today at home or the gym using just dumbbells and a yoga block/bench/chair for split lunges. Starting off with lower body strength exercises, followed by upper body and then wrapping it all up with a core strength circuit. This was a wonderful workout! Three sets felt perfect and I liked that you didn't do all compound movements. Easier that way to concentrate on form for the specific muscles being utilized.
