    I started working out with Heather about 3 1/2 years ago mainly to build endurance, strength and stamina due to a very stressful career. This was my therapy during lockdown and also when I was laid off due to Covid. Thank you Heather for portraying a strong, independent, healthy female role model for me and clearly several thousand other people. I am 48 and feel like I am 30!!!

    Awesome work out! First HIIT workout and a really long time I will be 63 in a few months and know how important it is for menopausal women to do HIIT workout as part of their health and fitness journey along with heavy lifting

    I've been working out with Heather for over two years now and have always followed the 40 min HIIT sessions or the AMRAP ones. However after contracting COVID over Christmas, I've been struggling with super intense workouts. This was the perfect length and mix for someone "easing" into HIIT. Thanks Heather again for delivering the goods!

    I like that this workout was a little shorter with an option to extend it with the video in the description. This is perfect for when I don't have as much time to exercise but still want something effective!

    Wow great little spicy workout. Shorter over all time, longer time for each move and NO Repeats and no break in the middle of the workout. Full body sweaty workout with lots of bears and our friend Jack. Let's have another one of these Heather....loved the music too.

    Let me just say I love all of Heather’s no repeat workouts!! I added this to my Day 2 of the low impact challenge. This is one of my new favorites💕💕💪🏽💪🏽.. Burned 236 calories and sweating like crazy 😝

    I really liked this workout - it flew by! And the adorable kitty was a bonus :) I like your no repeats the best. If you're looking for honest feedback, I workout with you several times a week - I enjoy the workouts, your personality and the visual esthetics, but do not enjoy the music at all, but I understand every one has different taste in music!
