**So far I've done this workout every day for 4 weeks! Definitely noticed a lot of muscle formation in my arms and thighs. My lower belly fat is beginning to flatten slowly. Everyone who's working out, GOODLUCK!! :))

I wish I could give this a hundred thumbs up. Perfect length. Total Body. Weighted. Heart rate up AND for a bonus, cooldown is included! YAYAYAY!! As you age, muscle balance is everything. A few years back I was having issues with my knees so I began replacing some of the backside stuff with forward moving lunges, wall sits and other exercises to balance my quads/hams plus a ton of stretching and thankfully, haven't had a knee issue since. THANK YOU for keeping it balanced. We all want a nice shape, but I want to be able to keep moving for years to come even more. :-)
This was so well done. I liked everything about this video. The background, the way you are dressed, the music, viewing upcoming move and the workout. Best workout video!
This was great! I loved the lack of talking during the workout! Just show the move and do the move and the timer tells you when to change 👍 saving for days like today when I can’t get to the gym!
I'm an aging fitness instructor 70 years old. I love weights, I love the temp and low impact duo purpose exercises you do. Not boring. I have to modify some of the floor ones but I still manage to make it through the 30 minutes. Thank you.
So I just previewed this workout for 5 min and so far I LOVE WHAT IM SEEING!!! Music is upbeat, no repetitive exercises with great variety and really targeting the core. m Movements are at a safe pace and not rushed to ensure proper form and what I really love is during the break you provide a preview of the next exercise. Very anxious to do this workout tomorrow. 😄👏👏
Love the no repeat, love how the tunes match the energy if the moves, the placement of the songs, the relaxing song for the cool down. The 40 sec work 20 sec rest makes this workout fly by. Thanks for this.❤
Today I feel that I have energy and a strong desire to do heat exercises, and I did not choose anyone but you in order to do the exercises with him. You are always the best, Heather👌🏻💪🏻
I would like a no repeat workout which focuses on different body parts one by one. For example, first 10 minutes are abs, then 10 minutes butt and thighs and then 10 min arms and shoulders. I would totally enjoy a workout like that. Thanks.
Fair enough but truthfully this type of workout is most efficient, perhaps you’re super fit and can do arm or leg excercises for 10 minute straight before moving on to another muscle group, but for me this is a great way to work everything and girl oh girl do I feel it the next day !
THANK YOU! This workout ticks all the boxes, it is challenging but as there are no repeats, if I really struggle with a particular move I don’t dwell on it as I won’t have to keep repeating it! I’ve gone from not working out at all to enjoying doing your routines 3-4 times per week. Thank you!!
Such an amazing HIIT workout!! no boring repeats, great music!! and there's also rest time and cool down!! Just perfect!! evan tho I still can't follow exactly from the beginning to the end, but will surely keep doing it!! THANKS!!!
BEST WORKOUT!!!!! No talking, No interruptions!! OMG finally. A simple chime is your queue to switch positions! LOOOVE THIS! And you’re stunning! Algorithm lottery here😁🙏🏻
This is an awesome workout. I love the 'no repeat' as you don't get bored and the half an hour just flies by! For working mums who are dealing with homeschooling etc the 30 min routine is excellent. The breaks between give you just enough time to get your breath but not too much that you lose your momentum. A focused, effective workout that I have a super satisfied feeling at the end of. And the exercises are ones that are challenging but safe, where damage is a minimal risk, not like a lot of ones that have popped up over the covid 2020 where you are really risking some serious tendon or muscle damage if you don't watch it! Thanks Heather!
IDK what do I love more: the non repeat, the music 🎶 (perfect blend, makes you fell like superwoman) or the deep stretch at the end. Seriously this is one of my faves, Heather. Please do more like this. Thank you so much for your work ❤️✨
I've done other hiit workouts by you but this one was MY FAVORITE. There are so many different workouts that can include weights that you showed me and so many different ways and positions and movements. I especially love during rest time you go over the movements on repeat for just enough time to learn them as you start the next set. I was not bored once! I absolutely loved no repeats and the amount of time for each set and a short amount of rest time. I felt sweaty and strong and felt the burn. Loved this workout, thank you so much!
I’m 2 months postpartum and this workout was great! Had to do some modifications especially with the pushups and planks ( core is fragile). Overall you can make this work easier or harder by adding subtracting weights and easy modifications!
That was my favorite exercise I’ve done in awhile! I’m in my first trimester and had been doing Kayla Itsines but I’ve been trying to do videos on here over the last couple of weeks and this one is just SO amazing! I modified 3 work outs because I have a bad neck and diastasis recti from my previous two pregnancies. This will be added once a week to my workout regimen. THANK you girl for sharing your talents!
This workout was awesome. It was one of those "I don't feel like it days" and I was scrolling through and found this. I even added your 10 minutes standing abs workout afterwards. Definitely making this my "go to workout"
Feeling blessed to meet you. You do not talk in between good oux music effective work out. Wish u all the best.first time in my life doing exercisw with no cancelling for 14 days in laxt 10 years. because u give time options thank you

Amazing. Love the ding letting you know that you start and finish. That way I can concentrate on the exercise and not keep looking at the screen to see if it is over. Loved it. Thank you for sharing.
Glad that I found your workout! Pretty straightforward and no repeats. Plus no long introductions and unnecesary explanations in every circuit. I love it and looking forward for more video workouts from your channel❤
Just tried my first follow along with you. Since giving birth to my 4th child in June I've lost nearly 40 pounds doing mostly lifting. Needed cardio and tried your channel. I'm smoked and it was fun and very challenging! Thank you!!
I just want to say THANK YOU! I just got back into working out and I wanted to find something that pushed me but didn’t make me want to black out and this is it ! At one point I just felt like no I most certainly can NOT do the next set but as soon as the preview started I saw that it was something simple yet it still required me to put effort and it gave me motivation to finish! The cool down just made me feel relived, motivated and accomplished! I loved this absolutely amazing ☺️😌
Great workout! I like that no exercise is repeated and no talking like some youtube instructors who go on and on and on with their mumbo jumbo, touchy feely stuff .Some people may need or want that for motivation but not me. I just like to have a good, hard workout and get at it!!
Heather .. you are just amazing ! One of the best workout videos I have seen so far. Nothing was repeated, as the video title stated, the calm with which you completed your entire workout, the choice of music - which is neither aggressive, nor passive but just makes the entire workout routine literally flow by. I was searching for good workout routine videos to recommend to my friends' wife and after watching about 7 other videos briefly, this video happened. I'm sure there are other really great videos out there too; all I'm saying is that this one made me go back to the "Week 1, Day 1" video. Oh, and I recommended this video to my friends' wife too. Thank you for sharing Heather !
Agree! I’ve been sharing your workouts with friends. I enjoy the concept of just a workout and music. I also do yoga and can appreciate some talking, but not when I’m sweating like a mad woman. Thank you!!! I would really appreciate another low impact/no jumping (I have a chronic disc herniation). I’ve been repeating both of your low impact and love them!
Here during corona. Gyms are opened up again at this point but I don’t feel comfortable going back anytime soon. This is one of the best at home workouts!
Alanna Dixon Yes! Do this at least 3x a week and you should see results. But always, make sure your consistently drinking your water, eating healthy etc.
@@Heyitskadayy yeah okay! Also do you have any tips? I'm 17 and live with my mom and she cooks good food but mostly not healthy, how do I eat healthy like that?
Alanna Dixon You can definitely eat home cooked meals! I would say start by portion controlling, making sure you have veggies with every meal, fruit with breakfast, or throw them into a smoothie and eat it that way. Try to eat less processed foods. Never deprive yourself from the foods you like cause then you’ll only want to over indulge. What I do is replace fried foods, for baked, substitute white rice for brown or eat smaller portions of white rice, try lower calorie foods, snacks etc! Hope that helps!!
@@Heyitskadayy Thank you so much for those! It does help alot!! Tknight were having wings and idk what to do I'll just have a small portion of it ig 2-3 wings and a small portion of fries?
I work out every single day and this workout blew my mind. Not because it was challenging but how there was no talking and real work! 30 minutes of no-nonsense workout. Love it! oh darn, my computer has sweat puddle while typing this :) Thank you, Heather, so glad I found you on YT!
Bloody loved this. Been working out 5 days a week since November 2020 - did this exercise today and felt so pushed but by the end I feel massive. Props to ya Heath
Absolutely loving your workouts! Thank you so much! I'm especially loving the low impact cardio...because I live in an apt! I get a good sweat going! Bless you!
Neat, fun and effective.I had a good sweat. Love the no-repeat. This is my 2nd day following your Jan workout. I look forward to your workouts as they are different every day. My habit was to save a lot of IG posts and youtube videos with workouts. I did not know how to plan so before the workouts, I would browse through them to choose what I feel like doing. This took away 15-20 mins already! I am glad to have found you. Now I can get up and just do it. Thank you for your generosity. Blessings and love from Indonesia! xx
I did this workout for the first time today and realized you posted this a year ago!! It was honestly one of the best TH-cam workouts I’ve ever done. I’m so glad I stumbled upon this video. You have a new subscriber! I can’t wait to do more!!
What a great week. I am almost 3 months post partum and a ruptured ligament in my ankle and found this a great session. I did modify some of the exercises but worked up a real sweat!
i really enjoyed this workout! Especially since it's a no-repeat one and also the fact that it has a few breaks in between, which in my case makes it easier to finish the whole workout
I absolutely love your videos sooo much! I find them to be extremely helpful. My favorite part would have to be the timer on each workout. I also find it very helpful for you to have small breaks between each workout that way it gives me time to catch my breath. Thank you so much.
These are some of my most favorite workouts! Your outfits are adorable and functional looking. Could you share what brands you are wearing, particularly in this video, please?
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! This is the first “real” workout I’ve been able to do in two years since I had a rhabdomyolysis. I can’t believe I can jump again 🥰 I’m filled with so much gratitude!! look forward to adding your workouts to my recovery!👩🏼🦽👉🏼👯♀️👉🏼🏃🏼♀️✌🏼
I enjoyed the no-repeat workout. Before I learn this video, I tend to work less in the repetition of a circuit; I feel like I'm gonna drop my shoulders everytime I do it again. Good riddance that I found your vids. it is doable and easy to follow for a beginner like me.
I'm always trying to combine upper and lower body movements together to maximize my time. I've already thought of most of these combinations, but there a couple of new ones here I might try. Thanks, I look forward to seeing what other cobinations I have not thought of yet.
This was my first with her. It was hard back then like 7 months ago 😝 now it was a little easy for me. I’ve grown stronger 💪🏼Thanks Heather HR 164 calories almost 200. 👍🏼🙌🏻 Wednesday workout ✅ back tomorrow for CTC.
Hi Heather. A great don't waste my time workout and alot of yak , yak. I love that the exercises have a yummy 😋 flow meaning they go together ,don't feel awkward and keep the heartrate ☝. Thanks for sharing.
I like to think the people who made these songs so many years ago and are no longer around, are looking down and happy that their music is inspiring creativity and still being enjoyed
I just came across your work outs I’m hooked . Love that there is nit a lot of talking ( sometimes I find to much talking is a distraction) I love the loud music and choices of songs the preview videos are a must and I love that I can prepare for the next move with time to switch up weights
This was great! I got a great sweat and my body feels amazing! Thank you for this I shared it with my girls and on IG. I zoned out and focused straight through surprisingly because I am use to going to the gym and this gets the job done!! I used 7 pound dumbbells and 10 pound vertical plate for the heavy sets
Nice workout again :) Thank you for your work, I follow you from Hungary , you helped me a lot after years of laziness, now I train with you 3-4 times a week
Loved this! I like the variety, the pace, and that it was straight exercise no filler trainer talk. Thank you for including the large up next videos. I even thought the music was great. You have a new subscriber!
Great workout! I tried to do it some time ago, but my body was weaker and couldn't finish it, I stopped at the 10 min... Today I tried once again and finish it, which means that my body is getting stronger! I'm very happy! Thanks Heather!

30 exercises in 30minutes, Heather does not play! Feeling sweaty, strong, and done! Thank goodness there is a mini rest between each exercise too!
Please do more no repeat workouts! This was a kick butt workout!
Here during corona. Gyms are opened up again at this point but I don’t feel comfortable going back anytime soon. This is one of the best at home workouts!
Finally a more recent comment lol but have you seen any results?
💕🙌🏼🙏🏻 Love the no repeat sequence, & the previews during the breaks. You’ve got a new fan & subscriber.
I work out every single day and this workout blew my mind. Not because it was challenging but how there was no talking and real work! 30 minutes of no-nonsense workout. Love it! oh darn, my computer has sweat puddle while typing this :) Thank you, Heather, so glad I found you on YT!
Heather, please, please add more no repeat workout with weights. I keep doing the same ones. Thank you so much for your amazing workouts!!!
Bless you!
Love love love this workout. The moves. The music. Everything! This kicked my butt but all worth it. Thank you so much for this! ☺️
Blessings and love from Indonesia! xx
That was the longest 36 minutes I have ever experienced. SO hard. LOVE it. Thanks so much for your thoughtful and challenging workout.
This is one of my fav from yr channel! I like the no repeat🤸♀️
Definitely doing this in the morning, thank you Heather
It's a gift!!! thanks you so much for your amazing work!
I found and did this workout yesterday and I did it again today...sweating heavily . I love the no repeat it's refreshing.
i really enjoyed this workout! Especially since it's a no-repeat one and also the fact that it has a few breaks in between, which in my case makes it easier to finish the whole workout
This could be my favorite workout ever. It's a lot of fun - challenging, but not uncomfortably so. Thank you again!
I absolutely love your videos sooo much! I find them to be extremely helpful. My favorite part would have to be the timer on each workout. I also find it very helpful for you to have small breaks between each workout that way it gives me time to catch my breath. Thank you so much.
The best workout I found on YT so far, million thanks!
Every time I do this routine as well as your other workouts I feel so accomplished. Thanks for your work, passion, and mindfulness !!!
Heather, thank you so much for sharing these workouts with us. They are absolutely amazing and I think you are just wonderful. Truly grateful xx
YAYYY I love workouts with weights
this has been one of my favorite work outs, and you have great music.
No talk all music this is perfect love this💜
I'm always trying to combine upper and lower body movements together to maximize my time. I've already thought of most of these combinations, but there a couple of new ones here I might try. Thanks, I look forward to seeing what other cobinations I have not thought of yet.
What a great no nonsense workout that anyone can modify or take it to an advanced level. Thank you so much
This was my first with her.
I’ve done this workout a thousand times! I love it. I just wish it were longer. I feel like my body has gotten used to it and it’s too easy now.
I like to think the people who made these songs so many years ago and are no longer around, are looking down and happy that their music is inspiring creativity and still being enjoyed
I just came across your work outs I’m hooked . Love that there is nit a lot of talking ( sometimes I find to much talking is a distraction)
I love the loud music and choices of songs the preview videos are a must and I love that I can prepare for the next move with time to switch up weights
I’ve done this one a few times over the last year and still love it!
