    Hi Guys has anyone noticed Heather has tested our attention on the swing & lunge left leg.
    We noticed that she used her left leg all the time but We did change ours.
    Fabulous workouts as usual we still like going back to some of your early workouts for the variety and seeing your progression through the months. Can’t thank you enough 😍😍.

    I used to avoid lifting weights but you’ve changed the way I workout - for life! Thanks for giving us girls the confidence to go and lift the heavy weights in the gym! 😉

    I really enjoyed this. As a 57 year old woman, I no longer enjoy, nor does my body, so much jumping. I can take a little in short bursts, but too much hurts my back. You mix it up really well and even though I am not jumping, I sweat like crazy and feel it the next day - a good kind of sore. Thanks for the great program. I no longer feel the need for a gym and can do the program on my schedule rather than the gyms schedule, and I think I am in better shape then ever.

    Been really loving your workouts. It’s a great mix of cardio, strength, and toning and I love how you change it up for us. One hour full body HIIT with no repeats are my favorites.

    That was SO FUN! I like it when there's two rounds: the second round lets me improve my form and modify weights if needed, then I get to move on to something new. :)

    Loved it ....kettlebell is my fave equippment and I am always excited when I see a new KB workout. It was great, diverse and my fave split, 3 sets x 2 😃👌💪💪

    Been doing your workouts almost every day for months now, thank you! What about a jump rope workout? Or jump rope mixed with HIIT or strength training? Sometimes I add 15 min of jumping rope after your videos, if I want to add a little extra cardio.

    At 22:10 the right hand goes up and the left foot goes down.. at 23:15 the left hand goes down and again the left foot goes down! Please let us know which combination is the right one... once again a great workout

    I had zero intentions of doing this workout since i don't own a kettlebell but this workout is easily done with a dumbell. It was also nice to adjust my weight depending on the exercise.
