    I'm a 46 year old man who relies on HIIT, so that I can continue to enjoy tacos for many years to come. Started doing these Heather Videos a couple months back and now she is the only option because the workouts are so thorough and burn so many calories, as well as keep you toned. I'm roasted afterwards but I feel great and then I head for the taco shop. Thank you.

      I have been working out for 40 years, even through 2 pregnancies. I have always worked out so that I too can eat whatever I want without worrying about calories and to feel and look good. I weigh 15 pounds more than I did at 18 and I attribute that to exercise. HR rocks!

    My wife and I have been doing these workouts for about two years. Always very challenging and fun. And we really appreciate the fact that there is NO talking-only music during the workout. Best TH-cam workouts available!

    30-60 min no repeat workouts with weights are my FAVORITES!! I also adore the low impact no repeats for those days when I’m tired, sore or injured. You’ve gotten me through a few injuries in the past few years, so thank you!!
