  • Ok, you asked for it! It's time to power through todays 1 hour No Repeat HIIT in the new studio whoop whoop!! 60 different exercises that you only have to perform one time each. We are adding weights to this HIIT workout for added resistance and intensity. We are targeting all the major muscle groups with this total body workout and will be building strength and endurance. Remember to fuel your workouts with proper nutrition, take breaks and modify whenever you need. Let's do this!

      Well, I for one like that quote because it really boils down to competing against yourself. YOU could be sitting on a couch, but if you’re even working out slowly compared to others, it doesn’t matter because YOU are moving. We all know most people are not. It’s motivational to be reminded that you’re doing a great thing even if you don’t see immediate results.

    A year ago I couldn't do more than 3 burpees. Today I finished this routine. Proud of how far I have come. Can't wait to see how far I will go.

    I can’t believe I survived this workout!! I discovered Heather and her workouts during this pandemic and I absolutely love her! However, I’ve only ever done the shorter workouts and so I was afraid to try this one. I’m so glad I did because I feel great and hopefully I made my kids proud seeing me pouring sweat in the living room!

    This was my first time doing one of Heather's workouts. I loved it! I did this workout 3-5 times a week for the last 5 weeks! My body became so nicely toned, I became stronger with every single workout, and my form improved during pushups and planks. I find this workout to be very efficient. It hits every part of your body. It is challenging and feels like a "never-ending workout" after the 43:03 mark but it is worth every minute of sweat, tears...and possibly blood. :)

    I've done so many of your workouts but this is my favorite one. A full hour, perfectly paced, never boring and an energizing music background. Also doesn't require much space at all. I end my week with this one. Thank you, Heather!!

    I don’t know why everyone is complaining that it’s too dark and far away. It’s perfect! People just hate change. Your living room with the fire place and plants was obviously stunning but this space is very work outy. Your channel has changed my life!! Please don’t ever stop making videos!!

    I thought it was a little too dark and couldnt see the movements and form too well. I tried enhancing the brightness on my phone and then TV, but it didnt help. I still completed the workout because you are AMAZING and it was worth all efforts! 😄🙌💣💣 Do you think you can increase the lighting or brightness from the next videos?     Love no repeats! Makes me push myself harder with each round because I only get to do it once! I started doing your workouts a year ago when the pandemic started, and I can't imagine myself going back to not working out at home. Your 12-week program kept me motivated by giving me a new workout daily and the monthly calendars help me stay on track! Even when I started working nights at the hospital, I have kept up my workout routine! Love you!

    I've just made this video for starting the morning of this new year and it recharged my battery!! You mix magically this type of routine! And I start believing that it's the type of.     Love these longer format workouts Heather, I usually ending up stacking other videos on the end of shorter ones. But I personally prefer no repeats on shorter workouts as they speed by where here I felt like I had done a hundred moves and still had lots to go!

    This workout has changed my life-and I’m not exaggerating. I started following your vids last Fall, and I remember the first time I did this particular workout, I was barely able to make it through and was practically in tears. 😂 I’ve found myself returning to it about once per week and it’s been so rewarding to now be able to complete all the moves, increase my weight, etc. It’s fun, engaging, and challenging. I’ve done many of your workouts now-but this is by far my absolute #1 fav. Thank you Heather, for keeping all of your vids free, and for enhancing so many lives, during the pandemic and beyond!

    Complete the 12 week work out plan and currently following the January 2021 monthly schedule. This is my first time doing 1 hour workout of Heather and I loved it. I was first very apprehensive but as usual Heather arranged this workout in a way that is totally doable. Thanks Heather for keeping me consistently working out.       Hi, did you do also another workout before this one? It makes a big difference in burning calories. I don’t get higher then 354.

    If anyone's curious the first time I did this, I burnt about 549 calories (I'm 169cm tall and weigh 53kg)
    Edit: Tried this again today and burnt about 503 calories, I'm a lot fitter than I was four months ago but I was really pushing myself. I still loved this workout :)

      @@shurooqshanavas6697 Interesting, obviously it will vary for different body size and shapes and at what intensity you do it at but I would have thought someone with a higher weight than me that they would burn more than I. But at the same time I had been fasting already for 24 hours when I did it last so that might have some correlation to it (idk if it does but maybe) but also you could just be in better shape than me.

      I’m 5’2 (157 cm) 123 lbs (56 kg) - active calories burned 555 total cal 637. Used weights from 5-20 lbs.

    I love you Heather, I swear. I have so many of your videos saved. They’re not as difficult but I still feel the burn. This one took the cake! I couldn’t last on certain workouts, but I supplemented by doing something else. The idea is to keep moving!
    Keep changing lives girl. You’re the best!

    Best workouts ever! Love the HIIT with weights! Anything with weights is the best for the ultimate workout. I've been working out with Heather since COVID and now I won't need a gym membership!! I tell everyone about Heather! She's the best!

    I get up at 4:45am from Monday til Friday to get your workouts done before everyone I getting up here. When I get the boys ready for school I always think about what I already achieved in the morning. With your workouts I feel so complete and so strong.     I loved the aesthetic of the living room. It was so bright. This looks a bit dark and you look kind of far away. Hopefully it will improve because I LOVE YOUR WORKOUTS ❤

      Yeah I agree, I prefer the brighter living room space, the dark background wall reminded me of a garage door. I'm sure some added features and lights would help break it up

    My first workout with Heather Robertson and I liked it! I did decrease the time between moves to 10 seconds and increased intensity on some moves. I really like the style of this video...1. SHOW the move.... 2. DO the move....3. BEEP....4. REST. I also enjoyed the cool down...effect, simple...and more beeps to keep it moving smoothly. I'm looking forward to exploring more of your videos! Thank you Heather! :)

    Oof! Woke up super anxious. Felt like I needed something super challenging to get me out of my head. This worked like a charm. I think I'll stick with the 35-50 minute workouts for normal days since I feel like I push myself harder when I commit to a shorter session. This was good to show myself that I *can* do a long workout, but I was constantly wishing that every exercise in the last set was the final one. 😅
