    I a t believe I missed greeting you when you hit 54k! I’m attending a trade show in Vegas and have missed practice the last couple of days. My hips reminded me to practice. Just got done with this one, and boy did I ever need it! Thanks and a big congrats for 54k Joëlle !!!

    I liked the stretches but I don’t see why this was listed with the evening yoga playlist…I wanted a deep stretch right before bed, but this was slightly too rigorous for bedtime 😅

      A lot of people like a reclined stretch before bedtime, but it can certainly be done at any time of day that you prefer! 😉
