      Thank you Joelle! I'm so glad to have found your videos, but sadly I've left it a bit late and by now have arthritis, i.e. hardly any cartilage left. At this stage, I'm in quite a bit of pain after any exercise or walk, especially at night. Still, I keep going. Can you confirm that the exercises are also suitable for people with advanced arthritis? Best wishes, Sabine

    Your hip bursitis pain/IT Band practices have saved my mobility, my sanity, and my level of knee pain has diminished to almost zero. This is after searching for help over a year from a Dr, two physios, a massage therapist, as well as a visit to orthopedic surgeon. I am only 68 and normally very active; this past year has been a difficult journey. Thank you for your dedication to this life changing program.

      Wow thank you...I've been getting shots in my hips! Not helping. Need to start disciplining myself more. I was told nothing would help! Just like the stretch ing they told me to do for planter fasciitis. Now my foot is in a boot...will be doing therapy for that.
      My body is paying me back for working in the nursery business for 30 years!

    I've been struggling for 2 months with pain in my hip and too concerned with covid to visit the doctor. After doing this routine just 3 times, my pain is almost completely gone. Wish I'd found you sooner. Guess it's time to buy a mat and continue to get myself introduced to yoga. Had no idea how wonderful it is. THANK YOU!

    It’s been a year I’ve been struggling with hip bursitis and I’ve had 6 injections. After one week of using your video, I feel like my hips have strengthened (bridge) and the pain has lessened. It’s manageable and some days I have no pain. Thank you.

    I don’t suffer from hip bursitis, but I do have arthritis in my left hip. The pain is usually something I can live with, and it has definitely improved since I started doing yoga daily a few years back. But I also feel so weak and tight in that hip and some poses like deer are so so so painful but I also feel like it’s necessary. This sequence definetely hit home. Will continue to so this one regularly, along with many other of your videos. Thanks for everything, Joëlle! 🥰

    My hip bursitis brought this 59 year old "tough guy" to tears. With daily icing, tens unit and your routine, I have seen amazing results. I really think your video has had the most impact. I have not missed a day in two weeks and don't intend to. I will check out your other videos.

    It’s been a little over two months since I join this incredible community. I could not bend over without the sharp pain of perifomis syndrome. I’m now practicing at least 10 min once a day. I Sat. on my knees last week. Didn’t realize I was doing it. I started practicing yoga in 2007. I took a break honestly because studio life was going away from yoga for health. The key to this is doing something. Yoga is very kind. It doesn’t require a 30 min or hour commitment. 10 or 15 min can release a perifomis knot or soon shoulder pain. I’m so excited. I hope you are having great days. And yiya do the community

    I love this supine twists strengthening/stretching poses that help alleviate bursitis in the hips. You have a calming voice along with encouraging words.

    I'm baaacck....its been about 10 months of being good and then something triggered the pain in both hips and my lower back this time. I'm feeling better and combining your awesome supine work with lower back exercises. Thanks again Joelle!!!

    Hi Joelle just wanted to say a huge thank you! I bought your package for hip pain and bursitis about 8 weeks ago. I’m working my way through it for the second time - what a difference I have noticed to my hip strength, gait, balance in standing yoga postures, comfort sleeping at night.     Second day in. Last night was the first night in a long time that I did not wake up with a dull ache from the hips radiating down the lateral side of my leg sleeping on my side. So thankful this video found me!🙏

    I appreciate your kindness and providing strengthening with some stretching. I spent 8-12 hours a day 5 days a week and sometimes more sitting to teach online high school classes. This caused me to have hip issues and weakening. The video has been helpful.

    I have been having pain for the last few month. This yoga exercises were so helpful. I couldn’t do the pelvic lifts this morning, but I could during the video.

    I found this video after suffering with hip pain on and off for quite a while. I couldn’t believe what a difference this made after doing it just one time! Today is my 2nd day following this routine and I’m so grateful you posted this video! I feel like I have hope again after being in a really dark/sad place. ❤️❤️❤️

    Hello thank you for this Iam currently just dealing with hip bursitis and I'm very active person and yoga devotee.And getting this freaked me out a bit, starting physio soon but will be doing this daily .Thank you 🙏

I know bursitis can be a bit scary, but physio should help too 👍 If you'd like, I'd also recommend pairing this with my seated (th-cam.com/video/1vjAEKaLJbw/w-d-xo.html) and standing (th-cam.com/video/yRrwU-gHSGI/w-d-xo.html) routines for bursitis, either building up to two at a time, or mixing and matching for some variety. I hope this helps!
