  • Feeling lazy but still want to stay consistent with your practice? This session we will be lying down and spending 27 minutes gently stretching our whole body. It is so important to honor where you are mentally, physically and emotionally! It's ok to say, I need to take it easy today, but I know I need to do something. This is that something that will leave you feeling calm, refreshed and ready for whatever comes next. Be true, be kind, be authentic, BE YOU! All the best, C

    I appreciate this video, however, I feel a bit disheartened that it is regarded as "lazy yoga", I'm trying my best!

    My girlfriend and I loved this exercise but is it normal to feel dizzy after this?

      You absolutely can! Deep breathing can give your brain a flush of oxygen and your body has been flat for nearly 30 min,so sitting up for standing up too quickly can make you a little dizzy. Not for a prolonged period of time, but for a few seconds.
