    Love this so much! I’m a pole fitness dancer and I have large boobs, so I’m often very tight between my shoulder blades, meaning some tricks I can’t do. Doing this has allowed my shoulders to loosen and strengthen enough that tricks I’ve been trying to get for over a year are now possible

    HI Joelle, just found your exercises for shoulders. Love them. I do rotator cuff exercises but found your shoulder yoga exercises are more effective for me.     Thank you! I’m pretty sure I strained my trap doing some weight training over a week ago. I regularly do yoga, but these poses were all so different from my normal routine. I really enjoyed the focus on the traps and shoulders. I’m hoping to be back to normal soon ❤ Thank you 😊

    Love your whole 10 minute upper body playlist! The shoulder rolls are fairly difficult for me-- I would be interested in a practice that was specifically about shoulder mobility, as well as anything else to counteract the effects of sedentary desk work!

    I didn’t know how to search your site versus I m wondering if you might have a yoga for long car trips. We are leaving on a 13 Hour road trip. It just might be nice to have some stretches either in the car or during our breaks. Thank you for your gentle care of our bodies.

    Thank you so much for this video sequence as I struggle with this area especially since I work alot sitting down, it can get so bad that even getting massages, they have been unable to release my traps and this has helped tremendously./ I can feel the difference even my boobs got softer as they get very tight when it gets bad,. thank you so much!
