    Thank you! I have pulsatile tinnitus (heart beat and artery sounds in my ear) and they cannot really find a cause, but yoga has really helped with coping. This practice was wonderful. It has been a difficult year, but I recently discovered I can be happy even with pulsatile tinnitus.

    I found your channel a few hours ago. I have done 3 of yiur videos for neck and shoulders it has loosened up already. Thank you so much, I will use your vids every dsy twice a day fir results as I also have tinnitus with stress, neck & shoulder issues. I will give weekly uodates on how I get on.
