I cannot get into the Success with your hysterectomy recovery program any more. For a week now it says site is taking a brief break or under construction. I’ve only recently started to use the program and cannot remember all the exercises. This program came at a hefty cost and I need to be able to access it as needed. Many thanks.

I will need a full hysterectomy soon. I'm a little nervous about it. Could I practice these floor pelvic exercises weeks before surgery? And when doing the exercises before surgery, would it help the pelvic floor muscles to heal better after surgery?
