My lower left back always bothers me when waking up and doing the left leg side figure four and pulling the knee to my right shoulder really exposes the need for me to stretch those muscles involved. It's painful when I do it, but I feel so much better afterwards. I hope YT pays you well.

...is there an exercise to help the top part of the foot to heal from a sprain?
Thanks Will. Those stretches are quite useful and informative. I do have one simple question though. I also use shorts, as do you, during these exercises. However, I'm unclear about which underwear to employ during these moves. Do you recommend briefs, boxer-briefs, boxers or trunks for this work? I can't tell which you prefer for yourself but just need to inquire about this. Cheers.

Can you do the glute stretch after hip replacement?
I choose 3 one calf two glute and 3rd tfl I will try and do it but I get lot of Tommy cramp and thigh cramps so gone tell my doc and I start doing I am 73 years 2 knee operated don't know how long it take for banding problem special sitting in car and also the hight of car
Omg if I'm awake I'm stretching, wiggling and weight bearing, such is the life of a 62 yr old., hubby's tendonitis soccer foot aflare, 69 yr old!

Hi I’m 64 and play walking football but I get a lot of muscle pulls at the back of my upper legs if I over stretch during the game. Any tips to prevent this would be appreciated. Thanks
