Dr Bri, I’m so glad of you, in all your exercises that you taking the time out for your TH-cam subscribers has been a blessing. I really needed this. 🙏🏽 Thanks again
This video worked extremely well for me. I do 10 standing kegels and 10 sitting kegels along with this video. I have been to two physical therapists and what they recommended did not work nearly as well as this video. I was doing this because of leakage which is no longer going on!
This is great! I never had any children, but experiencing rectocele in my early 50s. Thank God there is so much help for this problem. Very grateful and hopeful!
Thank Dr. Bri, for your sharing your knowledge. I'm so aesthetic to find you, the exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor. I was looking and searching for months on this subject and I stumble on your channel.
The most comfortable my bladder has been all week, thank you!!! May be TMI, but I kept having to pause to go to the bathroom, which is super happy. My bladder has not been a happy camper
thank you for sharing your information.... I am so happy to be connected to you, I love connecting people to their bodies through movement and information... my yoga teacher was a chiropractor and I appreciate you sharing good information, thank you for helping me help others. I also like that you are protecting your knees helping people understand how to take care of themselves.
You're very welcome! I'm glad to hear that you appreciate the information and that you're helping others connect with their bodies. Taking care of ourselves and sharing knowledge is so important.
I just finished this workout. It felt really good! I just turned 60 and have had bladder leakage for years. I have 1 child who is 41, and have had a total hysterectomy. Recently I decided to buy a quality rebounder and start workouts on it. Im frustrated that I pee the whole time and have to stop. Does the rebounder hurt or help pelvic floor health? Thank you for such concise intruction.
Congratulations on starting your rebounder workouts! Dr. Bri has a few rebounder videos on her channel. It's great that you're taking steps to improve your fitness. Bladder leakage can be frustrating, especially during exercise. It may be helpful to consult a pelvic floor physical therapist to address the underlying causes and learn techniques to manage bladder control during workouts. Remember, progress takes time, and it's okay to take breaks as needed. Keep up the dedication, and you'll see improvements over time! ~Vibrant Support
Thanks so much for this video! I did a few months pelvic floor PT but didn’t keep up with it and I forgot a lot that I was taught. This video was wonderful and I already feel less tense. Definitely subscribing.
Just dx w bladder prolapse, THANKYOU, I especially love the visualization, what a good time to release what bothers you, let it go! I didn’t realize I was holding angst in…
Thank you very much. I have tried so many many e exercises which incorporates someone of your techniques but what surprised me most is the ending of this video that they were not write in doing what they did ... I mentally felt the realise of that tension. Am grateful Thank you 🎉❤
So glad I settled into the hips up visualization. I was already feeling some emotions when you started talking about all the stuff (anger, etc) we carry in our bodies. I always walk away feeling better after spending time on the mat with you. Thank you❤
Dealing with bladder prolapse after a few pregnancies and years of constipation. Here to strengthen my pelvic floor again. These moves felt so good! I was wondering if stress has contributed to the prolapse and then at the end you mentioned the bladder holding on to stress etc. will continue these daily, ty!
Glad you found the moves helpful! Stress can contribute to pelvic floor issues, including bladder prolapse, by causing increased tension in these muscles. Regular exercises to strengthen and relax the pelvic floor are important. Reducing stress through relaxation and mindfulness can help. Stay consistent, communicate with a healthcare provider or specialist, and be patient with your progress. ~ Vibrant Support
@@vibrantpelvichealth I’m so amazed at how just one session helped me!!!! I would have never guessed stress could cause bladder prolapse!! I’ve been using the bathroom with ease and not feeling that bulge and pain after. I will continue this. Thank you so much. Does this help you to have a bowel movement?
@@jessj7666 I'm so glad you're feeling better! That's great! Yes, stress can absolutely contribute to bladder prolapse, and these types of exercises and info can help you relieve symptoms AND have better poops :) ...I encourage you to explore my blog and website, I have all sorts of info that can help you learn more! www.vibrantpelvichealth.com/blog
@@vibrantpelvichealth thank you! I wish I could hug you in person🩷🩷🩷🩷 Will strengthening those muscles /releasing them help make poops better and better? I wonder sometimes if my constipation has been some from those muscles being tight etc so are those muscles like any other Muscle - as you work them/ strengthen them, you’ll have better poop’s consistently? I hope that makes sense.. I would love to have better bowl movements- more regular I should say.
Thank you so much! I am a 65 yr woman with a bowel prolapse - I have returned to yoga and perhaps have overdone things a bit! Is there any yoga exercise I should avoid? Many thanks 😊
We recommend talking to your local pelvic floor PT for individualized guidance. In the meantime, please check our free prolapse guide www.vibrantpelvichealth.com/guide-to-prolapse ~ Vibrant Support
Are these exercises suitable for a rectal prolapse too? I watched another of your videos where you were using a yoga block between your knees activating your abductors and lifting all the pelvic floor muscles pulling and hollowing your stomach at the same time! Funnily enough I’ve been doing this for a while now so good to have you confirm that what I’ve been doing was correct👍😊thank you.
This workout is **pelvic floor aware** meaning that specific cues are given for breathing and technique. This keeps the workout "pelvic floor friendly" for people with all sorts of pelvic floor issues, including prolapse. That being said, I can't guarantee that it will be appropriate for your needs. EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT and will tolerate exercises differently. Listen to your body and stop or modify if anything feels uncomfortable for your particular core/pelvic floor needs. Talk to your local pelvic floor physical therapist for individualized medical advice!
Hello Dr. Bri. I am over 50 :) I had been working on fixing the stress incontinence for 5 years now. I wish I found you when I was going through the biofeedback treatment. I had no awareness of the pelvic floor muscles at that point. The biofeedback helped me to find them. I also were supposed to do the kegel exercises along the biofeedback. Oh! If only I could couple the newly discovered connection to my pelvic floor muscles with your wonderful workout back then... What I really want to say, is that I am thrilled I found this workout! Thank you so much! I only am 5 days into it and the hemorrhoid that I developed during the birth of my second child 23 years ago is no longer there. Wow! Thank you! Also, I have a question, while working out guided by your video I find that I tense at the shoulders. Is this tension ok or should I try to keep my neck and shoulders relaxed? Thank you again!
I'm thrilled to hear about your progress and that long-standing hemorrhoid improvement - that's amazing! 🎉 As for the shoulder tension, try to keep your upper body relaxed during the exercises; focus on engaging your core and pelvic floor while keeping your shoulders soft and neck long. 💆♀️🧘♀️
@@vibrantpelvichealth Thank you so much for your advice. Will try to focus on doing just that. Really appreciate you taking the time to answer my question.
Just found this video, I love , love it..... I love how you slowly explain each excise , also love how at the end u talk about forgiveness. I hope this will help many women . thank you so much . this is the first video I have watched about excise for the pelvic floor , but I'm sure there is not another one this awesome . I feel God guided me to this video . THANK YOU .😁 I will share this with others.
This is perfect I was looking for exactly that! Re-learning to engage the pelvic muscles automatically instead of doing isolated exercise. It may sound weird but I'm checking with a finger in my vagina to make sure I'm actually doing a lift and not a push, and with a bit of focus I start getting a hang on how the muscles should be coordinated :) plus they are all the exercises I will get in an organized fitness class, so now I will be able to participate without worrying how it will affect my prolapse!
Thank you Dr bri I'm going to do these exercises for my bladder prolapse Strangely enough some of these exercises are similar to one's my Osteopath gave me to do for weak lower back and weak glutes .
You're welcome! It's interesting how some exercises can benefit multiple areas of the body. Just remember to do them correctly and consistently, and they can certainly help with bladder prolapse and strengthen your lower back and glutes. If you have any concerns or questions along the way, don't hesitate to consult with your healthcare provider or a pelvic health specialist. Keep up the good work! ~ Leila from Vibrant Support
Great video..when I lay on the floor on my back and do any of your exercises I put my thumb at the bottom of my rib cage and my middle finger on my hip bones. Helps me stay in correct position.. I really likes the ones on here that we just did. Thank you. I also do your lift program. ❤
Someone complained that this includes too much TALKING. I dont like a lot of YAMMERING either, but this information is VITAL! This time, i'm ALL EARS!😊
You have made me very aware of my alignment and how that affects my pelvic health. I have discovered I need a new mattress as my hips are sinking in comparison to my torso. There are so many mattresses to choose from. Can you recommend a mattress that is soft yet supports alignment?
While I can't recommend a specific mattress, look for one that supports your natural spinal alignment and feels comfortable - consider trying different options in-store and prioritize mattresses designed for proper body support. ~ Vibrant Support
Thank you so much for this workout! I work from home and while I do get up frequently during the day to get movement in, I find my muscles are getting sore from sitting. How often do you recommend it be done?
While everyone's needs differ, try this workout at lease once daily during long sitting periods, adjusting the frequency based on how your body responds and feels. ~ Vibrant Support
Thank you so much for this video. I didn't know where to start strengting my pelvic floor. You were very helpful. This video has brought me hope that I can get better. I am having trouble feeling what muscles are working. I know my lower back is activating, which is not the muscle I need to be working. Can you give me any advice on how to proceed. Thank you Dawn

Dr.Bri I found your channel and I am so glad I did ! I am young woman and I was pretty shocked to notice I have prolapse. I am mom of 4 this might explain it. These exercises really help me to relieve the pressure and discomfort! Are there any other exercises, workouts you would recommend that are safe for prolapse? Mostly I am talking about stomach . I know you shouldn't do crunches . What else can you do especially for lower belly ? Thank you so much for all you do !
I'm glad to hear that you've found the exercises helpful for relieving the pressure and discomfort associated with prolapse! It's great that you're taking proactive steps to manage it. When it comes to exercises and workouts for prolapse, it's important to focus on exercises that support and strengthen the pelvic floor and core muscles while minimizing excessive strain on the pelvic organs. Remember, it's crucial to listen to your body and consult with a healthcare provider, such as a pelvic floor physical therapist, to ensure that you're engaging in exercises that are appropriate for your specific condition and needs. They can provide personalized guidance and modifications based on your individual circumstances. ~ Leila from Vibrant Support
The frequency of these exercises varies among individuals. Starting with 3-4 times a week is a good idea and can be adjusted based on your needs and comfort. Listen to your body, and if you feel any discomfort or pain, reduce the intensity, or consult a healthcare provider. Consistency is crucial for the best results, and you can integrate these exercises into your overall wellness routine. ~ Leila from Vibrant Support
For exercises and routines like the one in the video, it's generally recommended to be consistent but listen to your body. Starting with a few times a week and gradually increasing the frequency as your body adapts can be a good approach. However, individual needs vary, so it's essential to pay attention to how your body responds. If you have any specific concerns or conditions, consulting with a healthcare professional or a pelvic floor physical therapist could provide personalized guidance based on your situation. ~Vibrant Support

Thank you for the exercises and wonderful visualizations. 🙏 Not sure if I missed it, but how many reps/sets of each exercise do you recommend to incorporate into a daily practice?
For a daily practice, aim for at least one set of 8-10 reps per exercise, but listen to your body and adjust as needed for your comfort and fitness level. ~ Vibrant Support

I started having issues with bladder leaking when I would vomit, then it started also occurring when I sneeze and cough.. it started long before I ever became pregnant. I'm not sure what caused it. But now I'm pregnant and it's a lot worse. I'm worried for the future.

Thank you doctor you have been a very good help to people.

Will strengthening those muscles /releasing them help make poops better and better? I wonder sometimes if my constipation has been some from those muscles being tight etc so are those muscles like any other Muscle - as you work them/ strengthen them, you’ll have better poop’s consistently? I hope that makes sense.. I would love to have better bowl movements- more regular I should say.
yep, absolutely! Keep following my work and my videos, they'll help you strengthen AND relax (the most important part) @@jessj7666

Dr. Bro thank you so much for your exercises I have pelvic prolapse and all of your exercises have helped so much. Hod Bless
Glad you like them!
Sorry I meant adductors on inner thigh!!
You are so generous and kind. I love how you share your expertise and bring health and positivity to so many of us. Thank you
You are so welcome!
Hello Dr.
Thank you for helping us to get in touch physically as well as with the emotions we hold deeply in our organs. ❤

Glad you liked it!!
Lotof thanks madam whithin 2days iam get a best result madam thanku very much madam
So glad to hear about your positive results !!
Hi, will definitely do these as I'm just waiting for an appointment @ the hospital to see which idea forward. Thanks for showing
It's great you're finding ways to safely engage your pelvic floor during exercises !!
Thank you Dr bri I'm going to do these exercises for my bladder prolapse
Strangely enough some of these exercises are similar to one's my
Osteopath gave me to do for weak lower back and weak glutes .
This is great! You’re so well spoken, steps are easy to follow.
Thank you so much!
Right. Especially this kind of information it is vital to do everythig correctly and to understand the what and whys......

I am currently doing your lift program 😁 This is my first week! Thank you ! Thank you !
Thank you, these are great. Love the high amount of instructions. How often should one do these for best results?
The frequency of these exercises varies among individuals. Starting with 3-4 times a week is a good idea and can be adjusted based on your needs and comfort. Listen to your body, and if you feel any discomfort or pain, reduce the intensity, or consult a healthcare provider. Consistency is crucial for the best results, and you can integrate these exercises into your overall wellness routine. ~ Leila from Vibrant Support
Thank you so much. This video is wonderful and I love the mind body connection at the end.
Great explanations, and love the excercises. Thank you.
Glad you like them!
Thank you so much for this video. Could you tell me please how often I would need to do it to gain maximum benefit. Thank you.
