I was diagnosed just two days ago. My doctor suggested I have surgery. I wanted to do some research first. This video has really helped me. I feel much better knowing that proper exercise can help and that his is pretty common. Thank you so much.

Well I have bladder, cervix and uterus prolapse as well as stage 1 rectocele. I which I had known this a long time ago, but doctors never talked about this until my bladder had fallen. Also have low back pain caused by a bulging disc maybe exacerbated by pelvic issues. I've done pelvic help therapy and currently wearing a pressary. Thoughts please.

The idea of a pessry sounds awful to me. I'd rather have surgery than the risk of something that can smell and cause infection. If I am risk of an infection from suegertgen surgery is the best option right? Also whats your thought on electro stimulation devices. I need a proper disgnosis
But pretty sure I have prolapse. Nothing hanging out but when opening bowls tmi sorry. I feel pressure and as though something is pushing through my Vagina. I had a bad cough and I think thats whats caused it.
I wanted to start running again. I want to be normal.
