    Had a hysterectomy on May 1st, was told no lifting over 10 lbs and no squatting. They did suggest I concentrate on deep breathing. You have explained how this will help very clearly. Thanks for your expertise. I didn't know this was a specialty in physical therapy.

    thank you so so much for this free information! I did these breathing exercises right after my full hysterectomy almost a year ago but lately I've been having pressure down there. It's happened 2 times and recently this time it started Saturday and today is Wednesday. yesterday I started to relax and tried not to do too much, today also. less pressure but its still there. I will be calling obgyn tomorrow. I will start to do these breathing technics starting today. thank you again!!!
