    I started doing this workout at the beginning of December. Initially I could only do 1 of the 3 sets, but now I regularly do all 3. PS I am 67.

    At almost 40, this is the most consistent I have been with any exercise routine. It's straight to the point. No hard sell or motivation during the routine...just pure focus. I have moved from trying to loose weight to living a healthy lifestyle. I feel great! Thanks Heather.

    Finally did this KB workout and added the 12 min. KB Tabata and 12 min. KB upper body sessions to round out my hour of KB workouts! I really enjoyed them. Ready for the weekend!

    Wow!! first time doing this workout,absolutely drenched. I do BodyPump 2/3 times a week but this really got my heart rate up. Look forward to doing more Kettlebell HIT with Heather.

    So I’ve been doing this workout for about 3 weeks and never ever been a leg girl but omg. The results are insane it looks as if I’ve been doing squats for years. If you find this workout challenging but not enough to make you give up PLEASE keep at it the results are insane. Thank you Heather ❤️ finally nice to see results from a TH-cam vid

      And honestly if you’re looking to lose weight but cardio isn’t your thing (same as me) the benefits this video has given me towards it. What you tubers don’t tell you is that you need leg/arm strength before you can get a result from cardio. You can struggle in a cardio video and not sweat or feel anything activated, or you can strength train your limbs first and actually feel everything working and fat burning in a cardio sesh!

    All I can do for now is watch. Was recently discharged from hospital with Pulmonary embolism so taking it easy and on medication. I can't wait to resume as I have gained 3Kg! Baby steps. Will start with low impact exercises and slowly build on my strength. Greetings from Nairobi Kenya!

    This is the first workout that I discovered on your channel. I loved it! It will be one of my go-to regular workouts from now on. I alternated between my 18 and 26lbs, I'm drenched in sweat and I feel awesome. Thank you for the three rounds! So helpful. I never repeat more than once a video so this motivates me to do all three rounds. Good music. Yay for the warm-up and cool down. One thing I wish you had is saying the exercise (in addition to writing it) for those of us that are watching on a tiny phone screen.

    I was so sore the first one of your kettle bell hiit workouts I couldn;t walk for 2 days!!! It was amazing. I just finished this one and I have a feeling i'll be the same way. Thanks for these. It's a godsend when the gyms are closed and you've lost motivation!

    First time doing your workouts. I really loved the WHOLE workout!! The music and cues when it was time to rest and move on. Those things helped me stay focused on correct position, pushing myself, and setting a good pace rather than staring at the screen and counting reps over and over. Even the preview of upcoming moves was a great addition!!!

    This is amazing. I’m a newbie to your channel! I loved that it was all real time - you didn’t just tell us to do it for a set amount of time, it actually had a countdown on screen and the fact there was a clip of what’s up next - so many times I’ve seen videos saying “next: some weird name for an exercise I don’t understand”. Better than some apps I’ve paid for. Killer workout but love how put together this is and at no cost!

    This was very good. At first I was going to use my 18 pound kettlebell, but the workout was intense enough with just my 13!! The warm up and cool down is appreciated, and the music was awesome. It’s difficult to find a workout video without cheesy music - but you definitely accomplished that! This is extremely well done especially since it’s free. Thank you for providing this gift to all of us who want to stay in shape while our gyms are closed!

    Solid workout! Good design. 20 sec recovery gives good options for those who might want to add pushups, air squats or ab exercises for 10 more secs. and rest for 10. Thank you!

    DONE! Loved it! I didn't jump after the side lunch (side lunge L -> jump out and in etc) I just lifted like a press in the middle of the side lunges bc I have a bad ankle and cant jump . Otherwise perfect! I want to work hard even tho I cant jump and this delivered!!!

    Thanks Heather as I told u on your first Q&A here on TH-cam that today I will be working out with u and here IAM done with this workout.And let me tell u that I was even slipping in my own sweat durring the plank taps and my heart rate was over the roof the entire workout session.And thanks for your msg u left on the other video I immediately downloaded the 28day nutrition calender.Tomorrow I will be heading to the grocery store to follow it.And i almost forgot to mention I don't even have a kettlebell but I manage to use my dumbell.Thanks Heather👍🙂💪
