  • Today's full body Kettlebell HIIT workout is a killer!! Two HIIT style circuits to get through full of some intense total body kettlebell exercises. If you don't have a kettlebell you can always modify and perform this home workout with a single dumbbell. Just do your best and follow along!

    This was so good! Can I just say, it is so SO helpful that most of your videos don't talk about fat burn etc, for those recovering from eating disorders and troubled relationships with exercise. Mostly amazing, straightforward workouts without shaming language. Please please continue like that!

    This was SUCH a GOOD workout! I don’t know why, but I was so intimidated looking at this video, I even procrastinated my calendar workout by a whole day. In the end I decided to just take it one exercise at a time, used my lighter dumbbell where my 8kg kettlebell was too much, and rocked it! The 50 minutes just flew by and I feel great.

    This was amazing, Heather! The full 40-minute actual workout (excluding warm up/cool down) is the sweet spot!!! Adding to my favorites for so many reasons--sweet spot time, mix of weights and cardio, great music, and variety of exercises! You killed it on this one and looking forward to more like this one!     Wow! First time trying this one ! I don’t have a kettlebell so, I used my dumb bells and I got a great workout. I love this one! Different moves with burpees raising your HR. One of my favs total body strength workout. HR 147 Calories 290. Friday workout done ✅ back tomorrow for CSC ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Love this one !

    Been doing this same workout for several months now and I love it. It will never get easy. I can do each exercise without stopping. I use a 6kg, 9kg, and a 12kg. I burn around 520 cals overall. So, i have definately increased size on the scales from 12 and half stone to 13 stone,, but lost weight through clothes that were tight that now fit. I have always bewn muscly. I never calorie count, I eat what I want. Thanks for these workouts. I love the music too on this workout, its so in sync

    I decided to get myself a kettlebell since I’ve always wanted one and my dumbbells are too bulky to hold with my hands. I’m so excited to try this one, and I just want to thank Heather for getting me excited to move my body and appreciate life even more almost every morning before I work from home ☺️ I dread doing some workouts sometimes because I get the morning grumps but when I tell myself to do what I can and not worry about it being perfect, I feel amazing.       It’s definitely a little different in terms of weight distribution with a kettlebell compared to a regular dumbbell. It’s easier to hold on to, which is awesome, since I have pretty small hands 😅 This will take some getting used to, but this morning, I used it and I’m so glad that I bought myself a kettlebell! Thank you, Heather!

    This was awesome Heather! I loved that I could do it was almost completly apartment friendly. You always say to modify if you need to, so today I challenged myself and did Burpees for the "rest" in the first circuit - this addet a cardio challenge 💪 I used a 10kg dumbbell for most of the exercises. For the curls I had to drop to 6kg, but I am getting there 🤗 And just for anyone wondering, I burnt around 330 kcal in this workout ;)
