  • Today's low Impact HIIT workout focuses on both strength and cardio! We are using dumbbells in this home workout to build lean muscle and burn fat all with no jumping exercises - making this an apartment friendly workout! You'll also notice I'm throwing in some moves today to challenge your balance and mobility so embrace the shake and do your best!!

    HR has everything. NOTHING anyone else offers. Zen and dynamic at the same time. No unnecessary chatter. And some of the best workout music out there. Tks for helping me mix it up completely. May be low impact - but high sweat (perspiration for us ladies)! 😉

    Oooff that deadlift with the row balance requirement!
    PS: I love the little moments when you smile and reveal that a set was challenging or you need to catch your breath a bit. It’s just the right amount of humanizing comfort that helps remind us that we’re pushing through difficult work.

    As a group fitness instructor, I come back to Heather's workouts time and again after finding them online during the COVID lockdown this spring. Well designed, highly challenging, and with emphasis always on proper form to achieve maximum results with the minimum risk to joints and muscles, these programs help me to be my best to then go and serve my own class participants!     Had to take multiple pauses but ultimately finished. Low impact does not mean not effective. You always bring it Heather!

    Amazing! HR up in orange almost the whole time! Cardio effect present but without the high knees, running in place etc (which I was dreading) so thank you for an awesome, low impact, effective sweat sesh Heather! I will come back to this one!

    I alternated between 10/15 db sets and 20 single. Great strength work out with a little cardio incorporated. Active cal 275.
