Oooff that deadlift with the row balance requirement! PS: I love the little moments when you smile and reveal that a set was challenging or you need to catch your breath a bit. It’s just the right amount of humanizing comfort that helps remind us that we’re pushing through difficult work.

This! Was! Killer! I love Heather’s strength videos so much, and this 40 minute video was harder than some of her 50-55 minute videos I’ve done (which is saying something... I’ve never done an EASY Heather video!!). Also, love the format of 2 longer circuits in the past couple of videos, somehow it makes the videos fly by faster for me!
I live in WA state, where the gyms are closed and it’s too smoky to go outside for a run, I am so THANKFUL for your workouts. You always keep things moving, have a variety of moves and don’t yell at us. I have tried other TH-cam channels and I always come back to you. Thank you Heather!!

I'm relatively new to Heather's workouts, having only done one or two over the past few months. I really like the way all the movements are slow and controlled and there's plenty of transition time. Really helps me to work on my form and doesn't feel frantic and rushed like many workouts. Thank you!

Just what I needed this morning- a perfect mix of strength, cardio and lots of sweat without jarring my joints. I’ve been very tight lately and after adjustments with my chiropractor am easing back into things. That doesn’t mean I wasn’t challenged by this amazing workout - Endorphins should get me through the day!
