    Hi Heather, my sister & I both went on a weight-loss journey and we lost weight.       @RomanexiaRocce hi there, for myself, it took me roughly 15 months. I achieved my target weight in September 2019, so it was quite a while back. Since then, I have maintained it till now. Still doing Heather's workouts but I would say it's a combination and balance of eating healthily (i watch my carbs and eat lots of protein, also practice Intermittent Fasting), drinking plenty of water, adequate rest and exercise. I would say it has been a journey and a lifestyle and will continue to be.

    There are times that your body is just not ready for a high intensity workout but you still want to burn some calories and sweat it out. This one is SIMPLY PERFECT for that. It literally works every part of your body and increases your heart rate without any jumping. Heather, you are amazing.

    I love this channel. The preview is really helpful, the exercises are smartly combined so they don't get boring, and the pace is just perfect, without rushing so the exercise is correctly done. Most channels are too speedy... Also, I love the lack of patronizing smiles :D

    A big thank you for your great workouts! Your low impact workouts are by far the best for me! Powerful and yet gentle. Unfortunately I hurt my knee a year ago. So I had to change to no jumping. Your trainings always have it in them!

    It's been so hard to find high cardio, low impact. LOVE THIS. Added bonus - for the days that I want continuous rather than intervals, all you have to do is follow the instructional video during the break between exercises. All at your own pace, of course! BTW - the music is great and adds a lot. Send more more more!!!

    I really love these low impact workouts, Heather! I've been doing beachbody for a little while now and it's too much jumping for me. I feel like I need to tell you that these low impact workouts are really good for women who suffer from PCOS and they are REALLY hard to find. It maybe worth talking about that in a post some time? Women who suffer from it usually see best results sticking to low impact, yin style movement. Food for thought. Thanks though, they're very well done!

    This is a go to for me while we are under stay at home order by the state. I live on the top floor of my apartment and try to do low impact workouts daily to not annoy my neighbors. This one was awesome! Loved the workout length and intensity!

    I have been doing Heather's workouts everyday since the quarantine and I love them! On this low impact workout, I like to hold 2 lb. weights to increase the intensity. I have back and knee issues, so I want low impact, but also high intensity. Please make more of these low impact workout videos! I love them!

    I have been following the high impact ones all the time with Heather and I switched to the low one for now cause I'm having pain when I exert pressure on my left sole when jumping but man this got me sweaty as well. Love it! Thanks Heather, you always give the best to us!

    What an amazing cardio workout that is! The pace is perfect to keep up with! Not too fast but also fast enough for having to push yourself!

    Love it! I managed to do almost the whole 40 minutes. I had to make a few adjustments but I am so impressed with myself. Thanks Heather you made me feel amazing today.

    really don't enjoy homeworkouts, looked at the 40:00min time stamp and panicked. however i pushed through and i'm proud of myself for getting through this one. thank you heather!

    It’s hard to believe I did a low impact workout without jumping and I am a sweaty mess. Great workout! 🏋🏻‍♀️

    Absolute love this workout! My knee cartilage are gone from running 😔 and I always struggle to find good cardio workouts that gets my heart racing and my muscles working! Awesome thanks Heather! Please keep them coming 😁❤️🙌🏼👏🏻💪🏻

    Thank you so much for this. I got tired of jumping around with other work outs but it's hard to find a low impact one which still makes you sweat like crazy. Please, we want more long ones like this.
