My doctor said to do HIIT exercise and I saw this video and think I will start tomorrow. Not sure what age this is for but I’m trying it at 65. I’ve tried the ones for seniors 60 plus but they’re too slow😊

I do another 20 minute workout with both of you since 3 weeks and this one is easier for me. I do it when I have sore back or legs because it doesn't require as much jumping as the other workout. Great work! I love the percentage bar in the bottom, it really did help in the beginning of my new routine.

Very good workout, thank you! I like the music and where possible it’s more fun to actually go in time with the music instead of the rhythm you guys are doing. Also all those kicks are really hard for my arthritic hips, so I do substitute other things when you’re doing those. But very motivating, thank you!
This was awesome. Finally an interval workout that is actually a workout and not just stupid ab stuff that doesn't keep HR up. I can do floor ab work separately, not when doing cardio This wasn't boring and music was good. Safe to let my teens do it too. Love love. Thankyou!
