    CRAZY Full Body HIIT Workout // NO REPEATS + No Equipment
    40 different bodyweight exercises plus a warm up and cool down today! No equipment needed so you can easily workout from home or while you are travelling :) There are no repeats in today's workout so you only have to do each move once 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest. This full body HIIT will target the legs and glutes, upper body, core and will get that heart rate up so you will be burning fat fast.

    This is PERFECT!! ✨ Love the warmup and the COOL DOWN!!! Your voice is so soothing and a great way to end an awesome sweat fest! 💜😅 Thank you so much! I also loved that it was mostly lower impact, besides the cardio section! Still got my heart rate up! I like that I can increase speed or intensity based on my needs - that is the great thing about interval training!! 💪🏻 I can even add a weight belt or ankle weights to make it even more intense!

    Loved this workout, especially because it included a warm up and cool down. Both are so important and I often find myself going to popsugar because their videos usually include both, but I so love the style of your videos (more music than talking, lots of great basic strength exercises, etc)

    Loved this one! I like that we did the plyometrics in the first set. When I do burpees at the end, I have a hard time keeping up.

    Amazing workout! I was able to keep up, focus on my form and the feeling in the muscles. I was drenched after the first 20 minutes but felt I could keep going.

    I will be one of the few dudes who comment on this video to tell you they really are great. My wife and I do these together. I workout about 5 times a week and play basketball on the weekends and the other guys can't keep up with me so that says A LOT! Thanks for the effort, we appreciate it.
