@buddy508-r3s i don't know about healing physically, but i feel little more positive about life n being an asthma & tb patient! I had several asthma attacks bcz of certain anxiety . So i can hope this little positive changes can make my life easier.
These pranayamas were always there. Only that other teachers dont know or dont teach them to the mass. He seems to be a genuine guy who studied the subject well and have good intentions to spread it to the mass. Definitely everyone wants income but thru genuine way it should be.
Love this yoga At 84 years of age , I can do this on chair every morning. I found out that my relatives in India also are ardent followers of you.👍👍👍👍👍👍

Very good first 5 min Bhastrika,90 seconds Joy of breathe,3.5 Pranayama , Nadi shodhan for 2 min,1 min relax and 30 second relax breathe. I was doing reverse like Nadi shodhan~Kapalabhathi~Pranayama,Bhastrika,relax

I have realised that i can give only 15 minutes in the morning time to myself is also fine because i am going for my work. As I am always a early riser so it helps me a lot to be focused after spending only 15 minutes in the morning time. Once again thanks for such videos.

I have been doing your yoga for past one year and now started this pranayam workout daily before going to work. It really energizes me and makes my day much better. Just a quick question.... Is there any proper sequence to be followed to do this pranayam?

I am also doing for lungs expansion because of asthma .. if daily we are doing this exercise and yoga we will be free without asthma and we will get relief and I'm doing at morning and night 😊
