I always say this to everyone that after starting aerobics, i became so confident, not only that but my concentration, ability and willpower also increase to the next level. I performed extremely well in my studies also at the age of 39. Specially in those subjects in which I was not so well in my college. Just purely because of aerobics.
I am 77 yrs kid and always learn something new, specially brain games. It keeps my brain, may be a little slower yet, very sharp and active.
