I was taking Bisoprolol for BP/Stress for about 10 years, after shifting job to KSA. Now after 4 months of regular yoga sessions by Saurab, I got this medicine knocked out! Yoga and Pranayam increase nitric oxide in our body, improves endothelial function and results in lowering of BP. 🙏🏻

Sir I'm sure it will if done regularly...as a daily thing...but don't stop ur medication. It's is definitely good for ur overall being...just 15 mins daily.
I started it a month ago and not missed a day. My question is that my back hurts while doing these. I sit with spine absolutely straight. What am doing wrong? I am thankful to you. This has helped me a lot.b
I tried the other way before and just felt the whole body aches. I try this about a week almost everyday and my Bp is around 120/80 before my medicine. It really works. I hope you all better result like me. Thank you Saurabh
