      Namaste 🙏🏻. If we are doing Shambhavi daily then do we need to do this pranayama ? If yes then we should do this before or after Shambhavi.

    I think this is the best breathing yoga I have seen, It gives very very clear and instructions and directions. Really excellent for beginners and for people who want to make a short but powerful program to do every day.

      @@NamasteYoga333 ma'am which pranayam to do after intense asanas like suryanamaskaar.....Tried only kapalbharti for a few days in morning & am feeling energetic..... Asanas I do in evening followed by shavasan as I don't get time to do both pranayam & asanas in morning..... If I can manage both in morning what is the sequence??? Asanas first or pranayama??

      @@shitalpradhan5044 Generally we do asanas first and then pranayama. As I always tell my students, learn to listen to your body and see how you feel after a certain practice. If you feel energetic then continue what you are doing. If you start to feel like getting agitated or high bp then follow with anulom vyom after kapalbati.

    Ma'am you are saving many of our lives my Father have asthma and i feel like I'll also be a asthma patient so i m going to try this all pranayam thank you so so much ma'am. And in addition i m only 13 so it feels like the weakest children in the house so it really matters for me to became as happy and as feat as i can❤❤❤ one's again thank you so so so so much ma'am
