hey i am feeling kind of some noise in my brain where everything i hear is fast for usual and my brain thinking everything very fast it happens to me everyday for 5-10 min anything similar have you guys seen with anyone?@@satvicyoga

Thank you Akshay sir, This Pranayam is very calming. I have been practicing it since 14 days after yoga. After doing it, I feel very calm and balanced. In starting it may be difficult to avaoid the thoughts as they pop up during practice, but gradually thoughts will come down, and at the end you will be in a state of thoughtless mind. I observed that throughout the day I feel energetic, and my leziness has come down. Hare Krishna 😊.

My left nostril was blocked and because of that i was able to do exactly what you said breath slowly 🐌 🌬but i am not able to breathe out slowly from right nostril And when you said to stay in that silence only thing i was able to see with closed eyes was a dark circle on my forehead it felt like i have big round kumkum on my forehead and i was looking at it's shadow 😁🧘♀️✨️
Shi..the last time I tried meditation, I had a panic attack that same night. Now, that I am anxious and trying to get better, I tried deep breathing and it genuinely made this WAY WORSE. So, No breathing and mediation for me, I guess. Gotta try painting, walking, ice dip, slow dancing and watching childhood cartoons to calm me down. . . . . . . ~7th October, 2024 @7:17 am, Monday
1)Talk to your loved ones,this helps you a lot and makes you realise that you are not alone 2)Keep yourself busy in any work and do concentrate on the work like Gardening, Cooking Cleaning...any work you want to do 3) Avoid using your phone for atleast somedays 4) Practice yoga Anulom vilom... Panic attacks are normal if you are feeling anxiety.You should understand this while you are having panic attacks and take deep breaths and say to yourself these are normal,I should overcome them. I too suffered with anxiety and panic attacks it's like hell in the starting,but now I'm good.
