    polenta bowl: recipe on my reels
    lentil salad: brown lentils, cherry tomatoes, red onion, garlic, fresh parsley, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, dry basil
    breakfast waffles: 300g (2,5 cups) flour, 2 tbsp sugar, salt, 1 tbsp baking powder, cinnamon, 500ml (3 cups) soy milk, 250g carrot purree/apple sauce/mashed banana, 3 tbsp flax seeds
    bean stew: 2 large onions, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 piece of ginger, dry borlotti beans, corn, chopped tomatoes, water, seasoning: chili, cumin, coriander, salt, pepper, oregano
    marble cake: recipe on my reels
    sesame ginger chickpea bowl: recipe on my reels
    cucumber salad: 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, pinch of salt, pinch of chili
    lemon sugar pancakes: 2/3 c plain flour, 1 tbsp sugar, pinch of salt, 1 tsp baking powder, 3 tbsp soy yogurt, 1/3 cup soy milk, ¼ cup water, ½ lemon juice + zest. topped with more lemon, sugar & tahini

    fennel mushroom pasta: 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1 onion, handful of mushrooms, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 handfuls cherry tomatoes, 1 tsp cumin, big pinch of salt & pepper, 2 tsp nutritional yeast, pasta water to thin (if you want the sauce to be thicker, also add some tomato paste)

    Picking up ideas again from you. I fancy trying the polenta and pear breakfast dish. Then saw "recipe on my reels" and can't figure out what you mean by "my reels" and how to find that please. Can you let us know?

      thank you, Eliza! Reels are a video format on instagram. I'm assuming you don't have that, so let me write out the recipe for you here: roast 1/2 pear in the oven with some honey or syrup for 20 minutes at 400F or 200C. in the meantime, cook polenta with triple the amount of plant milk and a pinch of salt. add the pear to the top of the polenta, then add some yogurt and peanut butter!

      I use a grainy dijon mustard :)
