Great meal prep! The only note I would add, as a professional chef, is piercing the chicken breast several times with a fork will help the chicken absorb the seasonings a lot more. Great use of time as well!

I wish I could eat overnight oats but I can’t stand the texture. So what I do instead is grind the oats into a flour and make a batter with protein powder and soya milk and peanut butter and put it in the microwave for 3 minutes. Comes out like a cake batter! It’s delicious!
I can't stomach overnight oats too. I cook mine with the same measurements for 15min. Once it's cooled down, I mix all the ingredients like Liezel does.
I was really giving up here, truly in a downward spiral in several ways. Low and behold...I found your video just 6 hours after you posted it and literally within a day you inspired and motivated me to where I am back on track, and I really did follow along in just at an hour. Even my grocery shopping only took me 20 minutes. I already feel better and honestly I just feel happier. Thank you for sharing all your hard work with us. this was so helpful for me! i’d all but given up on meal prepping because it took me so long to cook and clean and i have trouble fitting it in with my work schedule. but i was able to shop, make all of this, and clean it up in a reasonable time following a workday. would love to see more of these vids! meal prepping is the easiest way for me to stay on track and this is so appreciated

Great ideas and love that it's all high in protein. One tip for you is to put the foil on the sheet pan before you preheat it, then you don't stand a chance of burning yourself. Thanks for the food ideas.
WOW!! Im a bit slower around the kitchen but I still was able to complete this in about 90 minutes which is record time for the amount of food made! Thank you!!
Heyy very good ideas just one advice that might help you in the future ( only for salads keep the seasonings to last min add them before eating you can choppe the veggies and everything store them in the fridge and before serving your salad you can add the seasonings and mix everything) I always do that cause the veggies lose all the water once you add the seasonings especially the salt you’ll end up with a very watery salad at day 2
If you want use dried chickpeas you can soak and cook, divide into storage containers and freeze. Available when you need them instead of opening opening cans.
I started meal prep following what you were doing today. It took me 4 hours haha, as i found it a bit hard as i was doing this for my husband to We are using your point sytem to. We did the meat the other day starting our diet Monday and can not wait to try all different varietys. We roasted all the veg and potaoes etc and then had to check the points but starting to get the hang of it slowly. Thank you for showing what you do and next is the oats.

I made this meal prep this week but switched the dinner for the Teriyaki Chicken recipe from another of her meal prep video. All of the meals have been absolutely delicious! The only thing I would caution everyone about is using measuring cups instead of a scale when trying to lose weight. For example, the Mocha Overnight Oats recipe calls for 1/2 cup of rolled oats which is supposed to be equivalent to 40g of oats or 150 calories. However, when measuring with a measuring cup and then weighing, the actual weight ends up being around 60-65g of oats or 200+ calories. Similarly, 2 tsp of brown sugar will not be the same amount as 2 tsp of *packed* brown sugar and the calories will differ, so providing the right measurement in grams would be infinitely helpful. Little things like this can add up very quickly when you’re attempting to eat only 1200-1400 calories a day. I would really love to see these recipes using gram measurements instead, but so grateful for these videos and hoping to see many more!!!

Do you prepare all 4 smoothies just like you did in the video and fill up the containers and store in fridge? freezer? until the day you drink them? Does it hold up okay? Well I will reply to my own question - the smoothies held up great! I just gave them a shake before drinking in their containers and they were good for 5 days. 🤩

Just a word of advice from a nurse, concerning the use of aluminum foil. Studies have shown {you want to hear on mainstream studies} companies need to make money! The use of aluminum foil and other sources of aluminum in products is unhealthy and can be carcinogens. You are so knowledgeable dont let an old standby in many kitchens effect your health and OF THOSE WHO COPY YOUR GREAT RECIPES AND YOUR ENERGY!!!
Aluminum is one of the most common elements on this planet. It’s in the soil, the air, the water we drink, and consequently it’s naturally in the food we eat (both plant-based and animal-based). It’s even used in some vaccinations as an adjuvant, in some medications, in some of our household products, it’s even in our bodies. It’s all around us. An excess of anything is unhealthy, including water and oxygen. There is no evidence that suggests that it’s harmful to have normal levels of aluminum in our bodies. When we eat food or take medication that contains it, we don’t absorb much aluminum at all. You’re a nurse and yet you’re spreading misinformation; there is no evidence that aluminum causes cancer.
I love your meal preps. So tasty! The only thing I can't quite understand is the measurements, since some of the food is shrinking after being cooked. For example: in order to have 100gr of roasted green beans on my plate every evening, I have to cook 500gr of beans (per day), since they dry out and shrink. Wow I made the chicken with the veggies and it was so good! I am amazed at how easy it was! Usually the food I make takes a lot of my time and l have a lot of dirty dishes at the end but not with this recipe! I'm excited to make the Greek salad now 💕✨

The recipes look amazing, they're nutritious and you can be in a calorie deficit if you're wanting to lose weight but I know they're going to be flavourful with the ingredients and herbs and seasonings, nutritious food doesn't need to be bland! Wow I made the chicken with the veggies and it was so good! I am amazed at how easy it was! Usually the food I make takes a lot of my time and l have a lot of dirty dishes at the end but not with this recipe!

The recipes look amazing, they're nutritious and you can be in a calorie deficit if you're wanting to lose weight but I know they're going to be flavourful with the ingredients and herbs and seasonings, nutritious food doesn't need to be bland! Find it really helpful to see how you do the meal prep and put the meals together too. Love these videos
