lasagna:
lentil bolognese (rainbowplantlife.com/10-ingre...)
homemade pumpkin purée, sliced zucchini, thinly sliced smoked tofu, vegan cream, lasagna sheets
waffles (4): 3 cups oats, blended into flour, 2 tbsp flax seeds, pinch of salt, speculoos spices, vanilla, 2 cups soy milk, ¼ cup sugar beet syrup
homemade bread: 400g flour, ½ block fresh yeast, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp salt, 90g mixed seeds, 320g water
chocolate granola: oats, puffed buckwheat, salt, cacao powder, sugar beet syrup, peanut butter, olive oil, cacao nibs, almonds, hemp seeds

lentil rice & millet salad: 1 cup lentil rice, ½ cup millet, 1 handful chopped parsley, 3 sprigs of spring onion, 2 cups edamame, ½ roasted hokkaido pumpkin
dressing: 1/3 cup evoo, ¼ cup red wine vinegar, 1 tbsp dijon mustard, salt, pepper, oregano
overnight oats: ½ cup oats, ½ cup soy milk, pinch of salt, 3 tbsp soy yogurt
roasted balsamic mushrooms: 1 packet mushrooms, ¼ cup balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 small red onion, pinch of salt. bake at 180°c for 25-30 minutes
curry chickpeas: 1 jar chickpeas, 1 tbsp tomato paste, ¼ tsp curry paste, salt, pepper, 1 tbsp yogurt
fries: just olive oil & salt! make sure to add the salt after baking to get the potatoes super crispy. bake at 230°c for 30 minutes.
tempeh & lentil bolognese: 2 tbsp chili oil, 2 carrots, 1 large onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 block of pre-marinated tempeh (store-bought), ½ cup yellow lentils (soaked), 2 tbsp tomato paste, 1 cup tomato passata, 1 jar of vegetable broth, salt, pepper, oregano, cumin to taste, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar added just before serving. simmer for 30ish minutes for the best flavour

yes! I have the same one. 1) use a thick yogurt as a base. 2) ferment for 12 hours, not 10. 3) use the straining tool and strain for a few hours until the yogurt is thick
Soy is unhealthy too many GMOS when my best friend had cancer the doctor advised not to drink soy. I haven’t had it don’t know what country you live at but in USA soy and corn are not good to consume.

As stated on FDA's website, most of the GMO soy is fed to livestock and some is used in soybean oil.
