🍇 recipes:
gingerbread granola: www.instagram....
roasted beetroot: 3 large beets (whole), wrapped in foil and baked at 170°C for 1 hour. Cool slightly before peeling the skin!
walnut hummus: 1 cup chickpeas, ½ cup walnut butter (or tahin), salt, pepper, ½ lemons juice, 1 tsp tahin spice (or cumin), 1/3 cup ice water
bolognese sauce: 500g mushrooms, 2 carrots, 1 stalk celery, 1 onion, 6 cloves of garlic (all pulsed in a food processor until roughly chopped), 3 tbsp tomato paste, salt, pepper, basil, oregano, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 jar tomato passata + 1 jar of water, 180g tvp, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (added just before serving!)
beetroot salad dressing: 1 heaping tsp dijon mustard, 1 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 tbsp capers, 1 tbsp evoo, salt & pepper to taste, pinch of smoked paprika
whole wheat pancakes: 1 banana (mashed), 1 cup whole wheat flour, pinch of salt, ¾ cup soy milk + 1 tbsp acv
lentil amaranth fritters: recipe from the pick up limes app!
waffles: 2 cups oat flour, 2 cups soy milk, 5 tbsp apple sauce, 1 packet speculoos spice, pinch of salt, 1 tsp baking powder
crispy tofu: 2 blocks of tofu, pressed
bowl 1: breadcrumbs
bowl 2: chickpea flour, soy sauce, soy milk, salt, pepper, pinch of paprika, nutritional yeast
tofu scramble: brussels sprouts, onion, garlic, turmeric, scrambled egg seasoning, salt, pepper, water/soy milk, spinach

thank you! the granola recipe is in one of the meal prep videos on my instagram :)
the waffle makes 7-8 waffles in my waffle maker, and i reheat them in my oven (which has a reheat function), but a toaster also works well!
you can either keep the waffles in the fridge for a few days or freeze :)
