    RECIPES:
    Green Juice:
    Green apples, macintosh apples, celery, Ginger, Lemon, Lime, Beets, Kale, Cucumber, Spirulina
    Citrus Juice:
    Pineapple, Lemon, Lime, Ginger, Oranges, Beets
    Red Juice:
    Beets, Maconitash apples, Ginger, Orange, Pineapple
    Matcha Pancakes:
    1 cup of oat flour (can use whole wheat flour)
    1 TBSP baking powder
    2 tbsp agave ( or maple syrup)
    pinch of salt (1/2 tsp)
    1 cup nondairy milk + 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar ( quick buttermilk)
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 flax egg
    Oat Milk:
    1 cup oats (soaked in 2 cups water)
    2- 3 cups of water
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp cinnamon
    agave to taste
    pinch of sea salt
    Granola:
    2 cups oats
    1/4 cup agave
    1/4 cup almond butter
    1/2 cup almond flour
    1/2 cup of each ( or as much as you like)
    coconut flakes, chia seeds, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, cashews, pistachios
    Oatmeal:
    1/2 cup of oats
    1 cup of non dairy milk
    agave to sweeten milk
    1 tsp cinnamon
    pinch of salt
    Toppings: Strawberries, peanut butter, chocolate chips, coconut flakes, chia seeds, sunflower seeds
    Date Coffee: ( I saved my date seeds from when I make smoothies so I usually wait until I have about 2 cups worth of seeds, you can do more or less)
    I add agave for sweetener
    nondairy milk for a simple cafe con leche ( coffee with milk)
    Chia Pudding:
    1 cup of chia seeds
    3 cups of coconut milk
    agave to taste
    Roasted Cabbage:
    1 whole cabbage head cut into quarters
    olive oil to rub on cabbage ( I used a rosemary and thyme infused oil)
    Seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, pepper, smoked paprika, cumin, herb blend (oregano, thyme, parsley)
    Lentils:
    olive oil to saute veggies
    quarter of a white onion
    quarter of each red pepper and yellow pepper
    3 garlic cloves minced
    Seasonings: Jerk seasoning, cumin, turmeric, onion powder, garlic powder, Lemon pepper, sea salt
    1/4 cup of tomato sauce
    1/4 cup of sofrito
    1 1/2 cup of water
    1 can black lentils
    Cashew Cream Sauce was a combo of leftover sauce I had in my fridge plus veggie stock I did not measure to give accurate recipe details but if you look online for cashew cream sauce you can find the base and add the same seasonings for the cabbage into the sauce
    Avocado Brownies:
    1 ripe avocado
    1/4 cup non dairy milk ( I used the oat milk)
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup agave
    1/4 cup almond butter
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 cup cocoa powder
    1/2 cup of oat flour ( can sub for whole wheat flour)
    pinch of salt
    Chocolate Glaze:
    1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
    1 TBSP of coconut oil
