Jackpot! I am a senior, 6 months into plant based and hoped I didn’t have to eat soup and salad for the last of my life. This is an easy and tasty dish that I can serve on a plate with a fork. For the white bean Verde I swapped out one can of beans for dark red kidney just for some variety. Great presentation everyone will want to eat, especially with toppings of cilantro, half cherry tomatoes, sliced black olives, and red onion. Thanks so much,
Check out Indian food, north African vegetarian...middle eastern, recipes that probably go back to biblical times, Israeli vegetarian, Thai food
Yay! I am so glad! I loved how you made the salsa verde casserole even better!
Please more dump & go recipes! These are fantastic for us busy moms! ❤
Love these! Yes MORE! 🎉
I'm not vegan, or even vegetarian, but I do like healthy and for that reason I check out vegan recipes from time to time. I like that the one I have watched so far has standard ingredients. I've been disappointed so many times, but I keep trying. I'm hopeful!
Honestly, try the red curry or the Tuscan Orzo casserole... Even non vegans love them!!
I've been contemplating doing vegetarian for a month, then a week-long transition and try carnivore for a month. Everyone always says their way is the best way. Maybe that experience will show me if I need to go one way or the other.

Yes!!!! Finally!!!! First ever vegan dump and go I’ve seen on TH-cam!!!
Caitlin Shoemaker has a few that you can find on TH-cam or her blog
Love easy, big vegan meals. My bud and I are volume eaters with active lives, so if I can make a 9x13 to feed us for two meals, that's A-OK in my book. Can't wait to delve into your other recipes. Cheers!
Yay! Yes these recipes are so good!
Nice, original recipes. Thank you for including the recipes! So many cooking channels don't, so I appreciate that!
You are so welcome. I appreciate your comment. It's a labor of love for sure!
More dump and go please!
I LOVE these, more please! How do you not jave more subscribers? I absolutely love your channel qnd you're awesome! 😘👍🏻💯🤗
I happened to have all the ingredients for the first one in my pantry and freezer. I love when that happens!
Thats amazing!!
Thank you ! I've made my first casserole today. I'm to much tired, this gonna help. 😅
Yay! I am all about easy!
Fun ideas. Your curry will be much more flavorful if you buy your curry paste from an asian market. Fair warning you’ll never be able to go back to that American grocery store brand once you do
Thanks for the tip! I seriously need to do this!
Lime and cilantro would be the perfect finish for the red curry
I made red curry casserole. Very good, even my meat eating husband liked it
Yay!!! This just made my day!
Looking forward to trying this! We have 6 kids too! Casseroles are much appreciated!
Thanks! Quick meals are what I use the most. I will definitely try these recipes. I love casseroles.
Me too!
The Thai red curry casserole is the absolute bomb! Loved it, will make again soon!
Can't wait to try these with my own canned beans! (I can't have salt). These look amazing!! Will he perfect for mu crazy scratch days in the kitchen!! THANK YOU!! ❤
Tofu would also be so good to add to the curry!
Good call!
The vegan parmesan is a great tip! We still use a bit of regular parm' in certain meals, but I'm going to make up a batch of yours & start off the conversion by going half & half.
Great to have these easily prepped meals - could make them up in advance on a busy day then add the liquids right before bunging them in the oven. 🤩 Thanks so much! 😘🙋🏼
I was so glad to see that you found that you needed the extra time for the brown rice 'cause I had the same issue cooking brown rice on its own and had to do exactly what you did. This recipe looks so good! *high-fives*
Ha ha yes! Learning curve with brown rice! 🍚
I LOVE THIS! less work the better, lol.
Yessssss! Agreed!
New subscriber. I LOVE THESE RECIPES! So happy that I found your channel
'HAA mo nee' is how you pronounce hominy. :) Casseroles look good!

I just made the orzo casserole. OMG this was fabulous!!! Thank you for sharing your recipes!!!
It’s one of my favorites!! I’m so glad you loved it!!
I cannot wait to try!
Love the "dump & go" recipes! More please! 😊 Just went on your website and discovered the recipes aren't available with a "print" option. This would be really helpful if you were to add that.
I’ll do more dump and go! And I’ll look into putting a print option! Thanks for the suggestion! 💕
I think you could copy the recipe and paste in a word document and then print.
@@plantwhys Thanks!
Love these trying them all

Oh! I love the idea of vegan! Just diagnosed with diabetes 2 and wondering if you might include the carb counts? Need something simple and safe for my diagnosis 😞

Is the red curry paste spicy? These all look so good.
I see you shop at Food Lion. Where do you live? Do you feel comfortable telling us?
I live in a small town in SC. We have a Food Lion. It has a really good plant based selection
Can you make all these recipes in the instapot?
I love casseroles. Can't decide which I like best.
On the first one, if you omit the hominy do you add more corn?. And I guess it be OK to switch the beans to black beans.
Yes definitely! That would be really yummy actually!
I now have new recipes to try. Thanks! As we head into warmer weather, can an oval crockpot be used so as not to heat up the kitchen?
I haven't tried but I plan on making a dump and go crock pot video in a couple of weeks!
Do these recipes freeze well? There are only two of us.
Yes! Definitely!
I’m a vegetarian. Casseroles! 😁This makes me want to cook.
Can you do I instant pot we don’t like to use oven that much
My husband is allergic to tree nuts what could we substitute for almond flour?
Hemp hearts!
I don't buy Goya. Can I use a different brand?
Is the bouillon paste salty?
Completely unrelated to the video question. I noticed that your lower cabinets are darker and uppers are white. I’ve been thinking about doing that to my cabinets that currently are all dark. I “think, not sure” that the white uppers brighten and the dark base cabinets are lower maintenance for cleaning. Since you’re a busy mom do you find that keeping the base cabinets dark makes it easier to keep your kitchen looking cleaner than if they were all white?
Yes! 100% easier to clean!
Good morning
Same to you!
Still have to get my head round a 'casserole' being a bake, not a stew (I’m in the UK)
ha ha ha that is funny. I had no idea!
That's just crazy 🤪 talk. A stew is in a pot.
???Have you ever tried the white bean and verde casserole in an insta-pot???
No.... but now I'll have to try it!
Please let us know if it works and cooking directions and time.
What would you substitute for the orzo?
You could try another type of pasta!
I made it with brown rice elbow noodles. It was delicious!
Well your World makes a S.O.S. powered broth mix
in regards to the first recipe i dont think it even needs to be baked. looks like you could just put into a big pan or pot
Very true. It’s actually adapted from a soup recipe that didn’t call for rice.
I found the music to be a bit loud and distracting from what you were saying, but powered through for the recipes!
Sorry about that! I let my editor know.
solo barattoli!!!
I LOVE your videos so much, but they're so dark I can barely see what's going on unless I shut my shades. 😢 Otherwise, I love your content! 🥰
Looks good, thank you… skip the music, it’s difficult for those of us with hearing impairment ♥️
You can always use cc, volume down.
Cute story about the inscribed name on the dish. I have a family member who is a re-gifter. She forgets who got her the gift and will use it in the gift exchange at Christmas. She's also the person who used a gift someone gave her at Christmas as a baby shower game gift that I won. One of the attendees asked me where I got the gift, and I told her I had just won it in the game. She said, "I gave her that for Christmas." The look on her face was so sad. I gave it to her, explaining that I had many of that type of gift and since she paid for it, she should have it back. So, now I give this family member gifts with her name inscribed on them.
😂
Oh that’s so funny!
Thats kinda sad, why make receiving gifts into a hording obligation?
@@Tekeydieb I don't give "hoarding" gifts. I consider the person I am giving the gift to very thoughtfully when purchasing them a birthday/Christmas gift. This person doesn't hold onto a gift long enough to appreciate it, then turns around and regifts it, usually in the presence of the person who gifted it to them. It's rude. If she doesn't like receiving gifts, she should let people know. She isn't someone who has a home with few things. She buys for herself regularly.
question. since you're already using the sauce pan for the broth, wouldn't it be more convenient to just add all the ingredients to the saucepan and cook that way, or alternately add to the saucepan, mix well, and then pour into the casserole dish to bake in the oven?
That could work! Try it and let me know!
Hi, thank you for your video. I had to click off because of the background music.
Anyone notice the unhealthy ingredients in better than bouillon
It’s the best I can find. Let me know if you know of a better brand!
@@plantwhys been looking, same with Just Egg. Open to suggestions too

✌thank you!! ❤️
0:40 also at 4:50 if your gas flame extends beyond the bottom surface of your pot as you demonstrate here, you're basically just wasting all the gas. Only the portion of the flame that stays underneath your pan effectively heats up the pan. All the flames that stick out beyond that surface area just burn straight up on the outside of the pot, hardly contributing anything to heating up the pot, although you might burn your hands when stirring, because so much heat just dissipates on the outside. So either turn down the flames for a more efficient burn, or use a bigger pot. This looks really silly.
I don't want the word "dump" in any recipe.
Note: Maybe don’t use the word DUMP in any recipe. How about MIX, THROW, or DROP. I can’t watch/listen because you keep saying 💩!
😂😂😂
Goya supports trump
Great 👍. Will definitely switch to this brand
