    So annoying the volume goes back up really loud EVERY TIME you change amps. Seems to drastically change the outputs. Drops sound or sustain completely on some presets if you try and adjust outputs. Loud or nothing basically. Sucks when you are trying out the different presets to see what you like and are constantly fiddling with volume controls. Don't know how you could use this in a gig situation. Touch one control knob and its F,*#"s everything up. And why doesn't my Spark '40 Glassy' hardware preset not even show up on Hardware list ? I'm starting to hate this amp.

    What is the output for then??? Gain, Master, then output.

    I get no volume on the music knob, bluetooth connects but no sound. Tried factory reset, no guitar cable, resetting bluetooth, software update, i even chexked if the volume was turned up on all devices. Reckon the knob pot if busted?

    Thank you for using a clean amp to start with. Too many TH-cam videos play pedals/fx through a crunchy amp, you can’t really hear what the effect is doing. It would be nice to use an amp for part of the demo that is at edge of breakup.

    Thank you, thank you so much for using a clean tone for this video! There are others that try to be comprehensive, but use chug/crunch tone.

    Does it work without the app? Can it go directly communicate with the amp? and if no does the app needs to be open?

    I'm sorry. Your video is fine, but this is an absolute nothing burger of a feature in the spark app. I can do exactly the same thing by recording a video using the iPad or android camera and playing a boom box for a backing track. This feature adds nothing. Other videos on TH-cam seem to imply it routes the audio directly from the app. I bought ithevfoatl 40 because I thought this feature was breat. But, sadly, it wasn't. I didn't discover until I moved my chair that the app was using the iPad microphone. It was a major disappointment.

    Thanks Andy. I got the looper to work at last. The Xsonic youtube clip left out an important step which you include: Press B and C buttons to get the Airstep to be available to the IOS. You get mixed up in your vid and tell us that the last or E button is for Dub/Record when it is in fact the A or first button. Never mind small potatoes as after they all connect up and you have downloaded the firmware the xsonic vid follows the footsteps. Thanks again. That was stressful. Phew :)

    So i recently got the mini and follwed his steps. It does NOT seem to save/override the default tones on mini..We should be able to not have spark app on and still listen to mini with overwritten tones, no? When i shut off app and just go to mini its the same default tones and the ones i saved arent there.????

    i know most people might disagree but if they could add a tabature tab to the chords and stuff that would be awesome i grew up born in the 80s and reached adulthood in the early 2000s i read tabs like read Mozart sheet music and i feel the demographic they are trying to reach is the bedroom musicians 25-35 and that's how we all learned by looking up incomplete and wrong tabs and that's how as a guitarist i continue to grow so they should add it and make sure the tabs are correct on their end

    This thing’s bogus. Airstep doesn’t let on in the marketing it’s so complicated, takes an additional app, etc. Just buy the spark footswitch and a decent looper.

    I appreciate the tutorial, and it highlights that this app sucks. I can have flanger, chorus, phaser, or EQ, but none of those at the same time. It means you'll only be able to create the most basic tones, and they will nearly all be lacking in some significant aspect.

    • @daryljahnke7950
      @daryljahnke7950 หลายเดือนก่อน

      This isn't a feature really; major fail from Positive Grid. Just use your Android device's camera. The Spark app adds nothing, other than the expectation that you can use it like an interface to capture quality sound direct. Last thing we need is a tiny amp sound captured by a phone mic.
