I use the 'Backup/Restore Tone Presets' to Dropbox, found in the settings menu. Works well for me.

Great tips , I know I’m greatful. I’ve had this amp for 3 or 4 months and I honestly haven’t figured out much with it. Every time I turn it on it’s an adventure. I’ve been leaving messages with them about getting a three prong power cord and have had no luck.

I'm sure glad that I've stumbled upon your channel! All of these videos are EXTREMELY helpful, thank you! : )
I don't know where exactly I should post questions to you, but I notice that in my app there are several 'Favorites' already there, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to delete any of the 'Favorites'
Any suggestions...? Thanks kindly! (and do please get to feeling better!)
BTW, I'm guessing that there is no way to save your hardware presets DIRECTLY to the cloud, is there? I'm THINKING that a person if they have modified a tone and already saved it to their hardware preset, then the tone has ALSO been saved in one of the folders, right? I'm just trying to remember what the name of the tones are that I saved to the hardware presets so that I can then find them and back them up to the cloud like you recommended. I SUPPOSE that I can go through the recent tones that I've downloaded and 'overwritten' (modified) and play it and compare to my hardware preset to see if it sounds the same, then if so, THEN go ahead and back it up to the cloud, right?

Dude i really appreciate you're channel! I got a spark recently and as much as i love it, theres a lot to learn...have ever used or considered using it as a head? I live in an apartment and use heaphones(audio technica m50x) 100% of the time pretty much, but i traded out my only bigger amp and id like the possibility of going loud. I was thinking of getting one of those PAs meant for guitar like a "Headrush" it would be perfect cuz i have the spark and a yamaha thr10x(the green metal model). Id be able to swich them out of the same setup being able to treat them both like heads! Theres a guy on here who does it with the 12" Headrush model and the thr10x.

I have not used it that way, but I hope to try that out at some point! Thanks for the feedback and question!

Thanks for making this channel! I'm a new owner and learning it. Well done! (I'd avoid reading the HuffPo tho... just sayin' ;) )

This is not SHARING tones across devices. This is simply re-downloading tones on a secondary device. This is the lazy implementation. What you *should* be doing is saving a user's list of downloaded tones and copying that over to whatever device they sign in on. That way everything looks the same to the user when they sign in on the second device. When they tap a tone that is not currently on *that device* it downloads, but this method is 10x more user friendly and straightforward than what you are proposing.
While we are on the subject, why can't we create our own sections for tones? Why do I have to put everything inside of Pop, Rock, Blues, Metal, etc. Let me make *My Own* folder and segregate tones that way.
You guys make a great amp, but your mobile app is garbage to be honest. It is missing so many basic features it's ridiculous. With a little bit of time and attention you could make the app 10x better.

Ric, I couldn’t agree more. Individually “pulling” tones to each individual device versus the more standard/current practice of an automatic “push” to all registered devises is simply behind the times. I hope your recommendation is embraced.

      Ric,
Andy is showing what is currently possible to do with the current version of the App. What you ask for is not possible at the moment.
And by the way, i don't think Andy works for Positive Grid ;)

I agree Ric! That would be a great implementation. I don’t think they (not we, I am not a Positive Grid representative) were planning for people to use multiple devices. But yeah, a user profile that applies to all devices would be great.
I also think custom tone groupings would be a good improvement as well!
I am just sharing the way it works currently. I am sure we will see improvements to the user interface over time.
