For anyone that hasn't done any suspension upgrades yet I'd highly recommend checking out the Supermiata Tecna coilovers. For road use (GT springs) it's tuned specifically to not require any sway bar upgrades. I dread to upgrade the sway bars too but going with the right set of coilovers seem to be the best middle ground to avoid it. Great bang for the buck too for about $1700, and for a set of shocks that are virtually indistinguishable from the godly $3k+ Xidas (made by the same company) for canyon carving. Pairing Konis or MeisterRs with aftermarket sway bars will cost just as much.

I deleted the mid mufflers on my awd pursuit. Left the rear resonators on. It made a huge improvement in sound. I also think a small increase in 0-60.

NC swap if you are going turbo or supercharged. I wish I had friends IRL that were this knowledgeable.

So that was not a muffler that was a resonator. Generally you want to remove the mid muffler not the rear resonator. personally i prefer to replace the mid mufflers with FlowFX performance mufflers as otherwise its to loud and removes to much back pressure from the system to function properly.

Point of clarification: Dodge does not ship Pursuits with light bars or push bars, nor antennas on the back deck. They DO ship with that tray in the trunk and capability for the headlights and taillights to wig wag as well as the spotlight.

I would drive it but without that pusher bumper in front. And loose the light bar as well.

if you did want to sell the parts of the car you can sell that light bar for around 2-3k it's a federal valor lightbar

Anti-roll bars! The literal function of them is to resist roll. Roll is motion along the londitudinal axis (think rolling on a pole from the front of the car to the rear like a hog on a spit over a fire) and sway is motion around the vertivcal axis (think yaw from left to right along an car's mid point with a pole sticking up the centre).

Yeah I’m getting cat back exhaust system with a tune up. Cop cars are built more and rugged tough than standard dodge vehicles. Hit 4 deers in the past is pretty impressive

it's even better to put 2.5 inches diameter all the way back, bullet mufflers in the middle. That's what I have and to cut loudness at full throttle you put an H-pipe at the last bend before the tips. And of course p-flow on the intake, 92mm hellcat throttle body + adapter spacer.

I think u deleted the resonators, not the mufflers. What u called the 'Mid-Mufflers' are the actual mufflers. The resonators are designed to reduce drone.

What rotors do you have?

I mean I got a 2014 dodge charger AWD V8 RT max for 16k. 21k after I got the warranty on the engine transmission and drive train. Also came with a 5 speed transmission. Side note I’ve heard around from different sources that the AWD system isn’t a 50/50 split for power. It’s 62/38. 38 in the front 68 in the back. (Idk if that’s true) but yea.

question: will the advanti storm s wheel fits the 6 piston caliper and 12.88 inches rotor? I know you have the 4 piston version

LOL. I've had my 2015 Charger pursuit for 2 years. One time a cop in Las Vegas attempted to pull me over. But as soon as he got a good look at the car, he shut his lights off and turned away. The Sheriffs in my town still drive old Chargers and still have a few Crown Vics.

I bought a Miata to have a non turbo engine otherwise I'd buy a BMW Z. And I get it Miata could have 50hp more. Maybe a 2.2l engine but it doesn't, so if you want to have a faster car it is better to buy something esle

Your certified speedometer would still need to be calibrated/verified 2X a year, as do in service pursuits to be considered accurate in court. The motor is also no different than a R/T.
